Dated rooms, great location
Pros:

Great location, steps away from the lifts. Staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Quality of the rooms differs significantly. I had two rooms during my stay. Both were quite dated. One room had a tiny bathroom with no separation between the toilet and shower and only a tiny sink.

There is much better value for Money if you pick a location a few minutes by bus away.

Cons:

They didn't have our reservation in the system even though we had booking confirmation. The hotel we were supposed to stay in with the pool and hot tub was full even though we had booked that hotel. They ended up putting us in a different hotel without a pool or hot tub, and we had to pay for additional parking throughout the day because they messed up the reservation.

Pros:

The staff were so helpful! One staff member in particular (I didn't catch her name but she was young with curly dark hair) was very patient and kind with us when we had an issue with our booking and sorted everything. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pros:

The location is excellent, only a minute walk from the gondola at Whistler base and in the heart of the village. The bed was comfortable and kitchenette well stocked.

Cons:

The hotel is not very well set up for skiing, the loft rooms require many stairs and down multiple hallways which is difficult. There is no space in the lobby to put on ski boots either. It also wasn’t the cleanest and the lounge had food marks.

Cons:

The room definitely needs some upgrades. Light fixtures didn’t work, the cleaning service didn’t make the bed , left a dirty cup on the living room table, and didn’t close the door?

Great location, a bit outdated
Pros:

Great location very close to the ski lift, restaurants and shops and still no loud noises. Nice, well equiped appartments and friendly staff.

Cons:

The appartment could use a renovation because in places like the bathroom or the couch it doesn’t seem clean any more, even if it is cleaned. An upgrade to a smart tv could be done. The elevator does not reach every floor and ski storage is accesible ony by the staff, they will take and get your skis/boards on request.

L’hôtel ne vaut pas son prix.
Pros:

Idéalement placé dans le village de Whistler. Bonne surprise d’apprendre qu’il y a une piscine mais dans l’autre établissement . Pas eu le temps d’essayer la piscine. Cheminée dans la chambre avec bûche à disposition, très sympa le soir pour la chaleur et l’ambiance.

Cons:

Le lit était inconfortable, les équipements ne sont pas très bien entretenus, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et était très sale. Le chauffage était vraiment trop bruyant mais j’ai impression que c’est la touche canadienne.

Tirando o problema do box, tudo foi perfeito!
Pros:

O apartamento que fiquei é muito charmoso, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, cama confortável.

Cons:

O problema que tivemos foi com o banheiro, o box estava entupido o ralo, a água vai acumulando e volta do ralo, um nojo!!! 😩

Excellent stay, good facilities and close to lifts
Pros:

Excellent stay at Executive Inn, close to all facilities and ski lift. Room adequate for 1 & 2 people, was good to have kitchen facilities to enable preparation of meals.

Cons:

As was located in the main part of village can get a bit of noise of night, though this was never bad.

Good quality rooms in a great location but room serving staff let them down.
Pros:

Great location and room had enough space to relax in. Reception staff very helpful.

Cons:

The servicing of the rooms was a bit hit and miss. Coffee pods weren’t always replenished nor was the toilet paper. More than once we had to ask the front desk for both. A couple of days they didn’t clean the room at all.
