Anniversary Trip
Pros:

Loved the location and the feel. Cute little room with everything we needed. Bed was super comfy.

Cons:

Only thing was the lamp shades definitely needed dusting but everything else was clean.

The front desk staff were great. The unit was decent, though it was missing an area to comfortably eat ie no dining tabl

The kitchen area was decent. Bathroom (shower and vanity, toilet) was clean. View was nice! Close proximity to lifts was great!

Cons:

Ice machine was broken, maintenance in hallways (flaking paint on walls, and hallways not vacuumed)

Great value property in a very central location
Pros:

Super central. Very clean. Excellent beds. Lovely staff.

Cons:

No duvet for sofa bed. Only a blanket. We’ll just ask for more bedding in advance next time if it’s winter.

Super bien situé en plein milieu du village de Whistler
Pros:

Grande chambre, avec un couchage en mezzanine et un canapé lit en bas.
Une machine à café, table à repasser disponible dans la chambre + beaucoup de rangement.
Le restaurant italien au pied de l'hôtel était incroyable !

Cons:

J'aurai bien aimé avoir un chauffage en haut. Mon frère n'étant pas frileux le chauffage était près de son couchage et pour réussir à chauffer la mezzanine il fallait mettre le chauffage à fond.
La ventilation de la salle de bain ne marchait pas.

Great location and staff, Less ideal bed and soundproofing
Pros:

Location is excellent. Front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Sound travels between floors easily. The bed is quite hard. We requested room cleaning twice (you must put a sign on the door requesting it) and each time we returned and it was not done.
