Pros:

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca (a 6 minutos) de la estación de metro Cadet, lo que facilita mucho el traslado a los lugares turísticos.
Nos tocó una habitación es pequeña y limpia, pero tiene lo necesario para una estadía cómoda.
Tenía un hervidor, café, té y azúcar de cortesía.
La temperatura y potencia del agua de la ducha es ideal.
La recepcionista fue muy amable en su atención y explicación respecto a las reglas del hotel (nos comunicamos en inglés)

Cozy hotel and nice neigbourhood
Pros:

Nice neighborhood, and good location, La fayette is in 15 mins walk and u can reach out to the metro in 7 mins walk. It is a clean cozy hotel. There is a nearby supermarket within 10 mins walk and it is open till a late hour maybe 11 or 11:30

Cons:

Elevator can take only 2 persons and it is slow. However room are relatively quite small and the bathroom is smaller

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La chambre était propre et suffisante pour 3. Le petit déjeuner a été apprécié (petit buffet correspondant au prix de 12€).
