Our stay at the hotel was a great experience and excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had most of our communication with Jack, and we are especially grateful to him for his kindness and assistance.

It was also great that the hotel offers luggage storage, as we arrived before the official check-in time. Moreover, we were kindly offered an early check-in as soon as our room was ready.

The breakfast was also very good value for money. It was simple but sufficient and gave energy to start the day.

Another important facility was an air conditioner, which was especially useful in this hot period. It worked perfectly and made the room much more comfortable.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

Nothing critical, although a little more ham and crêpe at breakfast would have been great.

Cet Hôtel est parfaitement situé : gare, métro, commerces.
L'accueil est très agréable, particulièrement la jeune femme brune aux lunettes, avec le souci de satisfaire au mieux le client.

Cons:

1 seule prise dans la chambre.
Pas assez notamment pour recharger téléphone.

Lavabo de la salle de bains inadapté. Trop petit. Très difficile de se brosser les dents et de se laver.
Pomo de douche qui fuit.

Murs des chambres pas très propres. Un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

La lampe au dessus d'un des lits est plus une veilleuse, qu'une lampe de chevet, reste éclairée la nuit.

Nice stay
Pros:

We loved the location
The room was small but clean and comfortable
It has AC which is great because it was really hot
They changed the towels every day and made the beds, pick up trash and everything else
The young lady from the front desk is super kind and helpful kudos to her

Old hotel and unprapered staff

Location of the hotel.

Cons:

We booked well in advance, yet our room was basically in the basement, window at street level, right next to a restaurant/bar. It was noisy. Facilities were date and clealiness was poor. Checkin was very slow, staff member was really unprepared for the function.

Acceptable for a short cultural stay in Paris
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the train station and, from there, easily and quickly accessible on foot. The nearest metro entrance is also relatively close by and can be reached on foot. The hotel's breakfast area is nice and the buffet has everything you could want. The room has air conditioning, which was very welcome during the active heat wave.

Cons:

The room I stayed in could use some renovations. The floor was cracked in places, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor despite appearing clean. Expensive breakfast, especially for young children as there is no reduced fee for young children, they pay the same as an adult.
