Pros:

Le staff à la réception est très accueillant. Ils sont souriants et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique. Tout ce qui est proposé comme nourriture est délicieux dans un espace avec une conception moderne.

Première fois à Lyon nous avons passé un super Week end
Pros:

Tout le personnel accueillant, souriant, sympathique et professionnel. bon rapport qualité/prix. Bonne situation de l'établissement tout est accessible par les transports en commun, proximité du centre de Lyon et des quais de Saône 15 minutes à pieds.

Cons:

Bien que confortable , il faudrait envisager la rénovation de la salle de bain (par exemple: douche à la place d'une baignoire)

Petit déjeuner pas très copieux. Je trouve qu’il manquer de diversification.

Cons:

La seule nuit où nous avons dormis dans cet hôtel l’alarme incendie c’est enclenché à 4h30 du matin.
On nous a remonté que c’était pour la boulangerie d’à côté.

Je retournerai au même hôtel sans chercher ailleurs la prochaine fois que je viens à Lyon
Pros:

L'emplacement super central, l'excellent rapport qualité prix, avec un buffet petit déjeuner incroyablement varié, les hôtesses d'accueil très sympathiques et serviables, des chambres confortables et une déco colorée qui donne un aspect très convivial a l'hôtel.

Cons:

La taille de la salle de bain un peu étroite et la cuvette des wc qui donnait l'impression qu'elle allait casser.
