I stayed at the Rembrandt Residence for 4 days and had the best customer service especially from Sky, the Housekeeper. Anything you ask for, he will accommodate for you. I will come back here again, soon.

We stayed at Rembrandt Residence for two weeks while I was in Bangkok for surgery, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive place to recover.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They moved us to a room with a larger bed and a walk-in shower to make things easier for me post-surgery, organised a wheelchair when needed, and supplied multiple extra pillows so I could stay comfortable. Those small things made a huge difference during recovery.

The rooms are a little worn in places, but they are very spacious, comfortable, and practical, especially for a longer stay. Having a full kitchen was invaluable as I wasn’t able to go out much, so having a decent sized fridge/freezer and being able to prepare simple meals in the room made our stay much easier.

Location-wise it’s excellent. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, great hair salons and massage places within easy walking distance, and plenty of food options around. The breakfast buffet (at the adjoining hotel) was fantastic with lots of variety, and we also really enjoyed the Mexican restaurant in the hotel.

We initially stayed for two weeks, then returned for another two nights later when I needed follow-up appointments in Bangkok. One of those nights we stayed in the main hotel building where breakfast is served, and the other night we were unexpectedly upgraded to the penthouse, the view was amazing and such a lovely surprise at the end of a stressful medical trip.

Both the residence and hotel staff were consistently warm, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our stays. The pools are also great and my family really enjoyed swimming in both of them. The gym in the Residences is fine and well equipped, you can also use the gym in the hotel which is a lot newer.

Overall, Rembrandt Residence was a comfortable and supportive base for a long stay in Bangkok. If you’re looking for somewhere roomy, well located, and with staff who truly look after their guests, I would happily recommend it.

The welcome area and reception are lovely. The staff at check in were great too.

We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. We had x2 king suites that were joined. We were only having a 2 night stay. However our rooms were pretty much infested with cockroaches, in the bathrooms, kitchenette area and main living area. Reception staff did send up 2 housekeeping staff at midnight on the first night and they sprayed everywhere and left the cans with us!

The next night they were all back again. All pretty rank to be honest.

We did tell staff on checkout and we just got a sorry about that. I would not book this place again and looking at others I’m sure there are much better ones out there for the price.

The only thing that makes it a 2 star is the breakfast. The breakfast choice was excellent.

Great size rooms. The room service was great. Krem did a great job of servicing my room daily, he neatly organised my messy room.

This is the second time I have stayed here it is also a great location.

As long term residents we are extremely satisfied especially to the excellent and personal service. We get immediately and smoothly everything what is needed. Location is perfect for us. There is also big enough carage available.

We have stayed here a few times already, and every visit has been a great experience. This time, we stayed in the One Bedroom Suite King, and it was absolutely great, spacious, comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel itself is amazing, with outstanding staff and a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it!

Very good location at Sukhumvit 20.
The suite was big and equipped with kirchen and even a washing machine. Staff was friendly. Especially Khun Kan, our room cleanung lady was very efficiant.

Spent 7 nights total here and thanks to Nina, Aum, Drei and May - our stay was beautiful!

Our impressions after a three-week stay at the Rembrandt Residence are exceptionally positive. We definitely recommend it for guests staying longer than a few days.
The suite was enormous, 70 square meters, and included a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a large living room with a sofa, coffee table, dining area, office, TV, and a large bedroom with a TV and a spacious bathroom. There were also two closets with an iron/ironing board, etc. We also had access to two swimming pools: one on the hotel side and one at the Residence. Breakfast was served at the hotel, and was generously served in buffet style. For those with walking difficulties, the distance between the Residence and the hotel is challenging due to the distance and stairs. Special thanks go to concierge Paul for his attentive and excellent service.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, it completely blew all my expectations after reading reviews of people saying to stay in the Hotel side and not the residences side, so glad we didn't listen! The rooms were huge, 70 m², had a full kitchen, large living area with couch, coffee table, dining suite, office area and a large bedroom and huge bathroom, two cupboards with an ironing board/iron safe etc everything you could possibly want, plus you had the use of two swimming, one being the one over on the Hotel side which is also where breakfast was served, so many choices at the breakfast buffet! Maybe the rooms have been refurbished, I don't know, but they were incredible and I will definitely stay here if I ever come back again. The location was perfect and you can walk everywhere!! The only thing I could think of that some people may not like would be the towels are not new & fluffy which doesn't worry me at all, they did what they were designed to do!
