Rembrandt Residences Bangkok

This hotel was absolutely amazing, it completely blew all my expectations after reading reviews of people saying to stay in the Hotel side and not the residences side, so glad we didn't listen! The rooms were huge, 70 m², had a full kitchen, large living area with couch, coffee table, dining suite, office area and a large bedroom and huge bathroom, two cupboards with an ironing board/iron safe etc everything you could possibly want, plus you had the use of two swimming, one being the one over on the Hotel side which is also where breakfast was served, so many choices at the breakfast buffet! Maybe the rooms have been refurbished, I don't know, but they were incredible and I will definitely stay here if I ever come back again. The location was perfect and you can walk everywhere!! The only thing I could think of that some people may not like would be the towels are not new & fluffy which doesn't worry me at all, they did what they were designed to do!

Hotel location in prime area but traffic is hectic as expected being in a large city. The hotel itself requires some infrastructure modifications but it is well deserving of a 4 star hotel. Room service is what stands out. The after hours meal service and quality of the food was outstanding to say the least. The only complaint would be the pool area and the lack of control the staff has when dealing with people. The pool closes at 2200, yet the staff wouldn’t or couldn’t get the loud guests to leave or quiet down. It took several calls and the direct involvement of the front desk manager to quiet the area down. Hotels will always have rowdy guests, but the ability to assist other paying guests by following set rules is an art they must possess.

It was am amazing stay even if it was for a day. Right from the check on to the rooms they did a tremendous job. Due to our flight schedule I had requested a late check out and they helped me with it without any problem. I would like to mention Ms Nina who was so helpful in the whole process. Perfect destination for shopping and perfect place for a relaxed stay. Go for it.

It’s at a great location in Sukhumvit near the Metro and shopping. Affordable rates. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff goes above and beyond to serve us. Nahm and the other staff at the Red Pepper Restaurant were especially kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

34th floor executive suite had a living room with kitchen and 2 bedrooms for our family of 4.
Very very spacious and included a massive outdoor terrace with sun loungers.
I don't think you could get any better for under £90 a night.
Pool on the 11th floor was so quiet and big compared to the busier one on the 4th floor of the hotel.
Very good expansive breakfast in the hotel.
Staff great.
Good location a few mins walk from massage places, restaurants and Asoke BTS, easy to get around on foot and Grab/tuk tuk/BTS/MTR.

I Always have a great time at the Rembrandt! I've stay at the Rembrandt 6 times. I love the location. The employees is the best. May at the front desk was very professional, May (cleaning lady) was the best! She kept my room clean, she was so helpful and very kind. I would like to thank, both Mays' for all their help. I will always stay at the Rembrandt.

We stayed for 3 days. It was a great experience. The service was excellent. Great food. Great view from our room.

But Ma Pah spoke on the phone to them. She spent a lot of time helping me. Thank you Ma Pah. I really appreciate your efforts!

The room we got was clearly one of the older ones. While our stay was overall good, none of the pictures on their site matched our room.

Four days in Bangkok, and nights, and it was great to stay at the Rembrandt Residences. It can be a bit confusing, because there is also the Rembrandt Hotel next door. The two places are connected, and our stay at the residences included an excellent buffet breakfast at the Hotel, and a bar drink in the evening. And, we were provided bottled drinking water each day.
Our room was a very large one bedroom suite with full kitchen. The Residences is close to the MRT station, and there are many restaurants and shops close by, including Ikea and grocery stores. In general, this area is very foreigner friendly. Getting here is easy from the airport-take the airport skytrain into the city, get on the blue line and go one stop, and it's a short walk to the hotel. The skytrain, btw, is $1!

Stayed here for years - maybe worn down a bit but Rembrandt suites are clean and with a great staff that’s always ready to help! Location is great at a fair price! Breakfast good , house keeping good!

I visit Bangkok at least couple times a year and like staying around Sukhumvit. The Rembrandt Suites came highly recommend from a good friend of mine. He was so right, huge apartments, wonderful staff extremely comfortable in perfect location. I was here a week and left to spend three days in Hua Hin. I booked another 5 days here before I fly home. Definitely be back again

Loved having all the amenities as a house would. Having two children, that helped greatly. As well as the big double conjoining rooms.

La chambre est extraordinaire, bien équipée et très propre. Le personnel est charmant et très professionnel. L'emplacement est très bien, à la fois calme et très proche de nombreuses solutions de restauration ou de shopping. Le seul reproche que je pourrais exprimer est la piscine : peu de transat pour s'allonger et surtout peu de parasols pour s'abriter du soleil. Dommage.

I upgraded to grand deluxe one bedroom, pictures online looked nothing like the room. Decor really old, furniture had a smell, light fixtures needy to the bed was broken. Just looked really run down, microwave old out dated and so was the washing machine. I believe they gave me a down grade which was under the grand deluxe. When I complained the front desk informed me they could have a room like the pictures in two days, but they were booked out of the updated rooms. Basically tried to take my money and give me a run down version. I would never book here again, rooms look nothing like the pictures. Hallways look run down. Elevator raggedy and run down, staff unprofessional they thought it was funny. Those good reviews are lies, upon entering the hotel I felt as if I walked through a time portal which sent me back to the 80’s. When I got to my room I immediately requested a refund. l Never stayed, too out dated for me. If your looking for an 80’s theme and smell, then this might work for you.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms were cleaned every day and beds very comfortable. The pool was lovely and breakfast is amazing. Can’t speak more highly of this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay.
