Location was very good as it was just far away from the main centre and quiet enough to enjoy a good night sleep. We chose a family room which was a very good size for hanging around in for all 4 of us.
missing sink inthe separate toilet wasn't ideal
La situation est idéale. En plein centre ! Le personnel très agréable, attentionné "est-ce que votre séjour se passe bien?"
Deux des serviettes de bain n'étaient las pliées à mon arrivée... étaient-elles propres (je n’ai pas osé les utiliser)?! J’aurais voulu acheter un fruit à ́a réception : une des pommes dans la vitrine était pourrie...

Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais un peu monotone. Le service au niveau de la tenue du buffet peut encore être perfectionnée.
L'emplacement géographique de l'hôtel est idéal pour explorer Bruxelles et on se trouve à proximité de nombreux restaurants.
La tenue du du buffet pourrait être plus professionnelle (ajouter des produits; enlever les assiettes des tables) et les produits plus variés.
Espacios muy funcionales y cómodos: desde habitaciones, pileta, gimnasio, juegos para niños y compus. El desayuno es abundante, variado y rico. El personal muy amable y dispuesto. La ubicación muy céntrica, cercana a todos los lugares de interés de la ciudad.
