Pros:

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. The eggs were runny, bacon under cooked. They could have done a little better on the breakfast.

You be the judge... but I warn you.

Pros:
-allowed early check-in :)
-good location
-good breakfast
Cons:
-carpet between the bed and AC was wet, and stayed wet despite them sucking it up. (Had to put shoes on just to get to bed.)
-cockroach found in bathroom (alive and well)
-pool inaccessible due to "an issue"
-often no one at desk, had to find staff for assistance
-the staffs children were hanging out in the lobby, playing on the lobby computer and running around with only socks, no shoes.

Bottom line...
I would NEVER stay there again.

Pros:

There was a problem with my reservation. I reserved a room through Booking.com. Somehow, they accidentally cancelled my reservation. It was a total nightmare for me and my wife. Erica McKelvey came to the rescue; she went above and beyond to help clear up the situation. I can never thank her enough. If it wasn't for her, our vacation would have been ruined. Thanks again and again, Erica.

Cons:

I actually like everything, no complaints!! I try to stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Charleston SC. Love it!!

Quiet, and comfortable.
Pros:

Room had a desk/ pull out table in each room. Also comfortable mini sofa and chairs. So 4 of ur could sit around the table and play a game of cards.

Cons:

Advertised that it was on a free trolley line, but when I asked at the front desk where to catch it , said that there wasn’t one to their knowledge.

Clean, decent stay
Pros:

Size of room, clean, decent stay, many stores/restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Bathroom could use an update but not a deal breaker. Breakfast had good variety and was plentiful but was nothing to write home about in regards to taste. Again, not a deal breaker.

Pros:

The staff members were pleasant & very friendly! The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The pool was closed during our stay. I booked this hotel specifically for the outside pool for my kids to enjoy! Looked like they had some cleaners there for the pool tho. The location is nice as far as stores & restaurants close by, but some strange people near by all hours. Our room didn’t get serviced daily. (Clean towels & trash taken/ cleaned in general) We had to ask for said services when needed. The WiFi was slow.

If the rooms didn’t smell like mold/mildew then it would have been amazing.
Pros:

The location was great and about 8 minutes from where I needed to travel each day. Shaquana and LaShawm were absolutely amazing. They both deserve a raise. They were very accommodating and compassionate.

Cons:

I started off in room 420. My sister was also on the 4th floor and she moved for the same reason she ended up in 222. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled musty, wet, and stale. It was horrible. I was able to move to another room the next morning which was room 218. Unfortunately, the smell was the same but not as intense. I went and purchased a candle, some bleach, and disinfectant spray. It was the only way I was able to sleep. I had to spray just to be able to sleep even through that it still smelled.

Room/hotel was clean and included everything needed. Front desk staff was very friendly and got us checked into our room early.

Cons:

The pool looked a little green so we did not swim. Staff at breakfast in the morning was rude.
