Pequeno almoço muito fraco para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas, as instalações estão claramente a necessitar de intervenção.
O quarto tinha um cheiro horrível.
A piscina tem alguns dos azulejos mal aplicados, com uma espécie de cola branca, que não está a cumprir a função, podendo facilmente ferir os pés.

Pontos positivos: Casa de banho renovada, pequeno-almoço razoável. Localizaçâo e recepção excelentes.

Cons:

Condutas de ar com filtros entupidos de tanta sujidade (a minha colega de quarto teve de tomar o seu tratamento para as alergias porque mal entrou em contacto com o quarto, fez uma crise de rinite alérgica), vidros das janelas muito manchados e estrutura das janelas bastante danificadas, dificeis de fechar, com isolamento ineficaz. Embora no geral a limpeza seja razoável, os equipamentos e as estruturas estão significativamente desgastados, bem como os elevadores. Os elevadores apresentam um aspecto desgastado e por momentos barullhentos quando em funcionamento.
