In the heart of Venice

Very central hotel. Close to the theater, San Marco square and Rialto. Staff is very kind. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Hotel in good location for a short visit.
Pros:

the hotel is in a good location just around the corner of the opera house and about 10 minutes walk from the marcus square and the rest of the sights. the breakfast is ok and speedy service. the staff is excellent and very supportive. room 363 has a quiet location which we can recommend.

Cons:

very basic and old-fashion hotel - if you expect any references to opera you will be disappointed with the exception of a few photos of artists. the overall impression is of a simple interior - nothing special. the bedroom is spacious but lacks of any kind of comfort - there are not even any hooks for coats in the room. the safe is so tiny it is ridicolous. for four days we only had four coat hangers in the wardroom,......the rates vary from day to day and Euro 300 for one night over the weekend is certainly overpriced.

Cons:

la colazione dovrebbe essere compresa nel costo della camera...non vale un costo in più.
la camera al quarto piano è carina nell'arredo e anche il bagno non male..ma un po' soffocante.
avrei preferito la camera ad un altro piano,e dotata di finestra più grande e con un affaccio.

Il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo nei dintorni della Fenice. Valore aggiunto la disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Macchinetta del caffè e bollitore in una stanza comune a disposizione pomeriggio e sera. Le camere sono calde e confortevoli.

Qualche zona ha bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma rispetto ad altre strutture della stessa fascia

Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente. La struttura ha una storia da raccontare dal momento che ha ospitato numerosi artisti del mondo dello spettacolo.
Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo.
Posizione ottima a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco.
Sicuramente per un prossimo viaggio a Venezia tornerò qui!
