Not at all worth the price
Pros:

Location. Bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

Room had a very bad smell, probably from the nasty carpet and drapes. Bathroom had a broken toilet seat, which was covered in caulk. 2 towels, 2 washcloths for 2 people for 2 days. 2 bars soap, 1 tiny shampoo. Room was in serious need of updating. Very poorly decorated room. Ice machine was incredibly dirty. Coffee machine was worn out. Coffee even on Bold was barely colored. Would not stay again.

Cheap.
Pros:

It was a cheap one night stay.

Cons:

The area this hotel is located is the hood of dayton. The hotel itself smells like a hint of urine. The breakfast is subpar. The room is clean but the shower socks. All night long we heard yelling, pounding, and stomping. The person next door had their TV so loud that we had to sleep with ours on to even fall asleep.

Well worth it
Pros:

It was close to our appointment location. We got there early and still had no problem checking in.
Once in the room, we did have an issue with the TV not working. When I told them about it they got right on getting it resolved. Otherwise the entire stay was more than we expected. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

As stated previously, we had issues with the TV in the room. But, they fixed it right away.

Clean & Comfortable, Friendly Staff
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Microtel Inn & Suites in Dayton, OH. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main lobby and hallways were warm but the AC worked well in my room and I was comfortable. My room was clean and I was able to take a warm shower. The bed was comfortable. The location does not have an elevator but that didn't bother me.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking a bit with little fresh fruit. Main lobby floors could be cleaner.

Front Desk did not put down his phone for our entire check in, talking g on a personal call.
Room was 85 when we got in.
