・ジムは小さいが使いやすい
・静か
・ロフト式でベッドは上にある。少し面倒。
・建物と設備は古いが、ちゃんとメンテされているので不満なし。
・スタッフがフレンドリーで気遣いができるかな。

Cons:

I did not like the shower as it leaks water when showering on the outside on the floor. The floor towel is not sufficient enough and the shower head is not easy to move around. The shower head had limescale on, so some spout holes does not work as they should.

Great value for Dar
Pros:

The hotel is very well run. I found the team very responsive in addressing requests such as early check, late check out, safe deposit issues , etc.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, fantastic AC and internet ( stayed at the loft).

Breakfast was quite tasty and in good variety. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

I made a perfect choice for a restorative stay over New Year, before heading south to Njombe.
Pros:

It is an oasis of calm within the city. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with everything a guest needs. Food is delicious. Staff are wonderful. The pool is divine. The manager, Suman offers an exceptional level of customer care.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Staff was excellent and helpful and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was fresh, sumptuous every day, the location was great with easy access to many supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The room was very clean

Cons:

The bathroom cubicle was letting water out so the bathroom floor was always wet.
I booked a loft but I was given a different room without any explanation

Pros:

A welcoming reception at the front desk. Very helpful staff who patiently answered my many questions. Spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed.
Fabulous breakfast buffet, freshly made omelette and fresh whole passion fruits were highlights. The warm welcome from all staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

For travelers who are sensitive to traffic noise, I suggest earplugs when going to sleep to reduce traffic noise from the main road. It was not an issue later in the night.
