Drugi pobyt w tym miejscu, tym razem mało udany
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest niezmiennie dobra, blisko nad morze, obok sklepy i knajpki oraz komunikacja do Funchal i na lotnisko.

Cons:

Pokój z widokiem na ogród okazał się mieć widok na ulicę o być umiejscowiony nad nią (przejazd literalnie pod pokojem)- w efekcie było dużo hałasu w nocy. Było to niezgodne z ofertą i przypuszczam, że przydzielone w uwagi na zostawanie tylko jedna noc. Śniadanie z dużym wyborem opcji, ale słabe jakościowo + fatalna kawa.

Recomendável, ótimo pequeno almoço
Pros:

Ótimo staff, malta muito atenciosa. Vista ótima e localidade perfeita para poder conhecer os arredores

Cons:

Um pouco antiga a infraestruta, e a TV do nosso quarto não era Smart, entretanto era satisfatório à mesma.

Pros:

Parking and restaurants nearby. Tho parking is paid

Cons:

Hotel didnt fulfill bed request even when mostly empty. The room had no wifi, and even no mobile reception. The toilet was broken. I had to use the one of a restaurant nearby in the night. Furniture and amenites outdates by decades and showing damage. TV didnt work. There was a studio kitchen but with no cutlery. There was only 1 charging socket far from bed. Overall very bad experience, and i left after the first night even when i reserved more.

Péssima experiência! Quartos velhos e antigos, visualmente feios. Sem sr condicionado nem Wi-Fi. Péssima experiência.
Pros:

Não gostei de nada! Apenas os funcionários simpáticos .

Cons:

Foi tudo péssimo! Instalações velhas e antigas, paredes de corredores com mofo e degradadas.
O quarto era horrível, nada a ver com as gotos apresentadas. Tudo muito velho e antiquado. Uma desilusão total!
Para não falar que o quarto não tem ar condicionado nem Wi-Fi! Impensável no século 21!
Muto má experiência.
Contactamos a booking para resolver a questão mas o hotel não quis fazer nenhum acordo, nem a mudança de quarto propuseram, horrível!!
E a única solução da booking foi apenas dar 10€ de crédito! Isto é gozar!!

Amazing
Pros:

The hotel is great, staff amazing and we had a good breakfast. As it was my birthday the hotel provided with a surprise bottle of wine. The only issue was the bed was to hard to sleep on but I didn’t care that much to take a star off as when on holiday you stay out not in the hotel bed.
