Rewelacja !!! Polecam z całego serca ten hotel.
Pros:

Wszystko było na wysokim poziomie.

Bargain stay with room for improvement on service
Pros:

There is plenty for your money at this hotel - from the pools and the surrounding food & drinks available in close distance, it is a brilliant bargain stay if you are looking for that holiday feeling without the price tag of an all-inclusive resort.

Cons:

The staff on reception appeared to be talking about us in Portuguese, and they put us in a room in the farthest building and furthest room in that building. That is the one annoying downside and only a downside if they decide to place you there. The rooms were very basic.

Amazing hotel and i will stay there again
Pros:

Very accommodating, the room itself was nice and tidy, the workers where very friendly and always ready to help or answer any question i may have, always answering with a smile, breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options and very organised. Loved all of it

Cons:

The sad part was the fact there was no parking. Though i was able to park in the street and had no issues.

Não volto a marcar estadia neste hotel, o preço é abusivo para um hotel decadente e ultrapassado.

Cons:

Quarto antiquado, barulho, nao tem ar condicionado nem internet, seja gratuita, seja a pagar.
Nunca vi um hotel que para ir tomar o pequeno almoço, é preciso sair do hotel, andar na rua, e voltar a entrar no hotel.

A lovely stay with a nostalgic feel
Pros:

We read the reviews before booking, so we knew what to expect, and I would agree that staying here feels a little like stepping back into the 1970s. The hotel is definitely dated, but I think it's important to look beyond that because there are many things it does really well.

First of all, everything was spotlessly clean. Our bed was very comfortable, the gardens were absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained, and the swimming pools were fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice, although adding scrambled eggs alongside the boiled eggs would make it even better.

One thing I really appreciated is that this hotel clearly provides employment for many local people, and I think that's something worth celebrating. Not every hotel needs to be ultra-modern if it offers genuine hospitality and supports the local community.

Overall, wrapped up in the beautiful sunshine of Madeira, surrounded by lovely gardens and looked after by genuinely kind staff, we had a very enjoyable stay. If you're happy to embrace a hotel with a vintage 1970s charm rather than expecting modern luxury, then this is a perfectly good place to stay.

It strikes a fair balance between constructive feedback and appreciation, which tends to make reviews more helpful and credible.

Cons:

There are a couple of improvements that would make a big difference. Wi-Fi in the rooms is almost an essential expectation nowadays. We also had a kitchenette, but there was no kettle, cookware or utensils, so it wasn't actually possible to use it. It would be great if the hotel either equipped the kitchen properly or reconsidered having one at all.

Ola sim gostei geral servico e quarto.....embora tv nao estivesse funcionar e o telefome tambem nao.....achei desagradavel,e tive uma emergencia que tive recorrer aos clientes da piscina aos gritos pedido socorro e chamar receccao para pedir uma ambulancia para me tranportar ao hospital no Funchal.....a receccionista dia 10/06/26 sevico foi atenciosa e prestavel,assim como clientes vieram me apoiar.......foi assistida no qto e transportada depois hospital Funchal onde permaneci enternada 9 dias tratamento e recuperacaoa e exames e analises........

Visto o imprevisto saude e reavaliando situacao no geral ,acho que poddria haver a hipotese de ou eu usufruir 1 noite k pequeno almoco vosso hotel e desfrutar ,ou ser reembolsada valor de uma noite por transferencia bancaria.......questao enviar meu Revolut e dados,a vossa atencao e cuidado
