Pros:

I liked the location. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The cleanliness could’ve been better. Spots around the toilet and bathtub. Also some of the towels had stains.

The beds was small the door lock was broke the bathroom sink was dirty and kept clogging..the tub drain was nasty with old hair and dirt in it.. for breakfast it was only waffles and cereal they didn't have eggs sausage nothing just waffles and cereal and it was very dirty.. we ate somewhere else tried to get moved to different room but they didn't have one available

The room was not clean, which contributed to an unpleasant stay.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff

Cons:

The room was very unpleasant. The bathroom had hair from someone else on the counter and toilet, and the toilet was filthy on the outside. There was black mold in the shower, and the room smelt bad. I was coughing a lot in the room, perhaps due to dust or mold in the vents. Random paint patches were on the wall that may have indicated covering up mold or other. The bathroom floor felt sticky.

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

Desk person not very helpful !
Not very friendly!
She put the payment on the wrong credit card and didnt offer to fix it.
She never fixed the car and licence number; as we came in a different car than we had first planned!

Cons:

Dangerous place for human trafficking as they changed my room after already checking in…this happened after who I believe to be the owner saw me get my luggage out the car after checking in…he then wanted to change my room with no explanation..but first they had to clean it even though it didn’t seem to have any guests really there..Fortunately I was traveling with my REGISTERED SAR K9…the room was also located by a secluded back door that “appeared” to have construction going on only accessible by those that had access….i stood outside the room while were “cleaning” …the woman that checked me in insisted I go in the room while I waited and then proceeded to tell me that her boss told me I needed to go in there..my k9 wa alerting me and they quickly left the room…I took a quick shower and then left..later in the evening I was heading to Pittsburgh where I saw the woman from the hotel in the cross walk and then was chased by several vehicles that swerved, blocked and pushed me into secluded parking lots and side streets…I never did make it to my destination and escaped…I will be following up with reports. Please do not allow this to go on at your facilities…I would really appreciate a FULL refund and will be needing an all inclusive trip elsewhere for my own safety as this incident cost me quite a bit of trauma and money.

quick unclean stay
Pros:

i have stayed at many of your hotels- i love the efficiency, cleanliness, and how nice the staff are. the staff was ok- they did put us in units close together.

Cons:

This one was not clean- I didn't make a stink cause I was just there for flight but there were dirty socks left in a shelf in my room, my bed cover had unclean stains. probably won't stay again

Had to check out one day early but couldn’t get a refund.

Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud and it was impossible to maintain a comfortable temperature. It was either too hot or too cold.
