Pros:

Rooms and spaces present very well and are modern. All staff were friendly and polite, attentive to customer needs. The breakfast buffet and the executive lounge were highlights for us.

Super god beliggenhed i Phuket Old Town.
Ok poolområde.

Cons:

Slidt og gammelt hotel med meget dårlig morgenmad.
Personalet i receptionen kunne ikke forstå engelsk så svært at kommunikere med dem.

Pros:

Smooth entry to the hotel and booking in. Rooms where adequate food was ok as was the upstairs bar. Staff always attentive.

Cons:

The bakery attached was not the best, opened late and not much to offer. Concierge organized a car for us to see the big Budda which had been closed for some weeks so a waste of time.

Hotel muy recomendable para visitar el centro de la ciudad y realizar actividades.
Pros:

Sus instalaciones con una buena piscina y gimnasio. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con buenas vistas. La terraza ideal para cenar.El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Los muebles y puertas de la habitación un poco gastados, pero cumpliendo su función.

The stay was pleasant overall, with a great view and an excellent location. However, the amenities were very basic, which was quite unexpected for a hotel with such high ratings.

The food was disappointing. We stayed for four nights, and the menu remained almost identical each day, with only minor changes like spaghetti to penne and Hainanese rice to plain boiled rice. The lack of variety was frustrating, and some items were not even replenished—for example, the patongko was never topped up.

The reception service was average and could have been more attentive and welcoming.
