El Hotel se ha deteriorado y ha disminuido demasiado su calidad. Yo he estado varias veces alojado en años anteriores y era muchísimo mejor. Ya no es un cinco estrellas, es un tres estrellas como mucho.
El desayuno es malísimo, pobre y con escasa variedad de productos. En la piscina no hay toallas grandes, solo te dan unas pequeñas a las cuales ellos le llaman "grandes". El personal de la puerta no tiene la disposición para ayudarte con las maletas y no te abren la puerta al pasar.

View is so beautiful with sea and mountain, rooms are so big and comfortable, the staff are so friendly. Location is great, near the old town, have dragon line bus stop on the front door, the breakfast is delicious.

Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, TOP!
UItzicht restaurant was prachtig. Shuttle bus stopt voor de deur en brengt je gratis in een tour rond de stad. vlakbij busstation. Kamers waren zeer ruim.
Kamers iets gedateerd qua meubilair.
Location close to the original city centre
Management had an attitude. I could not understand why we paid for the best 'executive' suite in the hotel to be informed breakfast was not included. It's a joke.
Place is so dated it felt like we'd being transported back to the 1980's.. really tired with patchy air con and less than happy wi-fi! Felt a bit like a retirement home on a quiet day..
