Cons:

Room was too hot. Had to have AC on,
Dirty bedding on the extra bed. Had to ask for clean linens, was told we had to change them ourselves.

Clean and welcoming
Good value for family with kids, water slide, good hot breakfast, great price. The best part is this hotel to have enough shampoo soap etc in the bathroom.

We would stay again, but id call ahead to check my room.
Pros:

Was clean and welcoming, the pool is only 4ft deep and was awesome for the kids being able to touch the ground without floaties. The waterslide being automatic was very convenient.

Cons:

They changed our room from a family suite last minute and put all 4 of my kids onto a pull out sofa bed, the hot tub was extremely hot and you couldnt go in it the first night, the second night it was freezing cold and the pool was warmer. Anytime we made contact with the staff they were pleasant and friendly but gave off the impression that it was inconvenient to ask them for any changes or information.
