Disappointing

Cons:

The free breakfast option included a tea or coffee. I don't drink either and had to pay extra for juice. The place was looking run down and a bit shabby. Our room was tiny and pokey and nothing like the ones in the pictures. It was like Harry Potter's cupboard under the stairs. There was no fan in the bathroom and a sign on the door said to keep it shut otherwise the steam might set off the smoke alarms and if that happened we would be liable to pay $700 for the fire brigade to come out. Perhaps a fan should be installed to prevent this.
When we checked out the lady on reception barely acknowledged us, couldn't crack a smile and really just seemed to be going through the motions.

Very average, unclean, mouldy and did not meet minimum expectations.

Cons:

The place was very unclean and in desperate need of maintenance. The light socket was hanging off the wall, with exposed wires and there was mould on the bathroom walls and ceiling.

Pros:

Location is great. It’s charming and has real character.
Cafe is cute and convenient to start day with breakfast.

Cons:

The sink didn’t drain, the shower sprayed everywhere except on me. The room was tiny. We were barely able to walk around the bed to get to the on-suite. Room 26 should only ever have 1 person in it. The curtains were filthy also.
Bed was clean and bathroom but the rest of the room could do with some TLC. We paid for secure parking but the gate had been removed and the parking was no longer secure and we were not advised. We have stayed here plenty of times before but were disappointed this time.

Proximity to Allianz stadium… 10 min walk

Cons:

I guess the property itself is probably fine….. we were given room 16 which was awful…. Like a hotel add on. Front door under leaky pipes ( it was raining). Tile floor and no rugs so very uncomfortable. TV didn’t work. The worse thing was we spent a lot of time dodging two massive cockroaches…. It was horrible.

Disappointing but an internal room would probably be fine
Pros:

Clean towels daily. ,fresh sheets after 3 days, good breakfast included.

Cons:

The condition of the room,maybe we were put in the pet friendly room(no pet).flaking paint, dust on bedside lamps,dirty walls,gap top and bottom of entrance door and very very NOISY due to being on the extremity of the building.Cockroaches in the bathroom during the night.
