A very pleasant find !
Pros:

IT was a last minute impromptu trip, decided to book Sydney suburban after reading the reviews. It is a very pleasant surprise to have found this hotel. We like the location, nice cafes and lovely restaurants nearby. Coffee at the breakfast was very good( which i did not expect). Room size is very respectable, bed is comfy. In short, we will book again .

Cons:

Maybe bedroom slipers and shower cap could be provided.

Friendly staff, beautiful building, the room had everything we needed and smelled so clean. Unbeatable location especially if you have an event nearby! We really appreciated the included breakfast too.

Old style quant boutique hotel with easy access to the entire city.
Pros:

Location and friendly desk staff (owner?). Showers were great, air conditioning was excellent and refrigerator was added benefit.

Cons:

Limited breakfast with “added charge” options. Example Toastie cheese and ham sandwich, croissants with ham and cheese, egg McMuffin or muffin with fruit. You could have tea but bottled water or drinks were up charge. I do not nitpicking to make an extra dollar.

Love the charm and location of this boutique hotel and the convenience of parking onsite.
Pros:

The location was excellent for access to shops, eateries and of course the park. The cafe in the front courtyard providing a light breakfast and coffee throughout the day was a real bonus and the elegant, air conditioned lounge perfect for relaxing on a very hot afternoon. The staff were helpful and the other guests were also very friendly and accommodating, especially of our dog.

Cons:

The tiny room was classified as pet friendly, but there was seriously no additional room to accommodate a dog. Way too cramped to enjoy any time in the room. We gave the property 2 weeks’ notice that we were bringing our very large dog with us, which they gladly approved, but no effort was made to ensure we were given the most suitable room with extra space.
