Great bargain, but limited amenities.
Pros:

Clean and cozy. Bed and TV are updated. Room was nice.

Cons:

TV channel selection was horrible. NO news or movie channels. Breakfast is not available until 7:30 which is not helpful to many people like me that start earlier than that.

Nice room - until bathroom flooded
Pros:

Good room

Cons:

The wash basin overflowed in the middle of the night - we hear dripping noises at 4am and found water filling up the basin from the wastepipe below and flooding out beyond the bathroom. We have to move to an another room, which was smaller. Front of house staff were very apologetic but would not agree to refund.

Pros:

The area is nice, the room was very clean and the gates close at 10pm so I felt more comfortable about my car being safe.

Room was great just don't buy anything in the lobby!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Love the bridge and canal running through back of property.

Cons:

My only complaint is that I made a purchase inside the lobby for 2 bottled waters, 2 small bags of chips and 1 Reese's PB cup and the total came to almost $25.00, That was beyond ridiculous! That's just straight up taking advantage of your customers. I really didn't appreciate that.
