There were rooms available which was a bonus

Pros:

traveled with a buddy. both of us on motorcycles, hotel location was excellant for us travelling by. we visited the air museum across the street. then the local legion and Ledgens. everything with in walking distance and i just had gotten new Knees (both TKR) and i walked there no problems.. staff we talked to were professional .

When I booked thought I was booking with the hotel directly. Their price was $150 a night breakfast included we paid (senior rate) $250 a night no breakfast. We r seniors no too familiar with technology felt taken advantage of. Very in happy with booking.com!!!!!

My daughter was in one room it had a operating fridge our room no fridge to keep our drinks cold,
Pros:

Decided not to use breakfast value coupon, as went to dinner and was totally disappointed worst meal of our holiday , big mistake thinking the offered Roast beef dinner was prime rib, poor very overdone cut slices of beef, not a quality good cut of beef, your bad waitress was excellent, no reflection on gratuity to her , she was best part of visit to your establishment, 175.00 bill with tip ?????

Cons:

Serve better quality and fresh beef at your prices should have been minimum great cut of beef If not Prime rib
We should have been sharper As we were only family in the restaurant, with one other couple , would appreciate being contacted for your considered resolution!

It was an unfortunate experience.
Pros:

Location is great. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Property needs updating. The bed frame is too large for the bed and could take out someone’s shin if they weren’t careful. There were sharp metal pieces about 12 inches long coming from the frame.
There was snow clearing outside of my hotel window from 1am until close to 5am. I called the front desk at 430 to ask for another room away from the noise and lights of the plows. Not the hotels fault but they were unable to place me anywhere else due to renos occurring in other parts of the building. My daughter was having surgery at 8am and we did not get any sleep prior to going.
