I especially liked Alex, the one who checked us. I found out it was his first time solo and he did great. Very accommodating.

Extremely welcoming and helpful!! On duty manager, Kristina Epps went above and beyond trying to help us get the needed supplies to do laundry after a 10 day family move from Alaska to Tennesee.

My staff was very comfortable. We had some issues with ants in our first room and was immediately moved and accomadayed

Perfect Way to End the Day
Pros:

Location easy from the interstate. Desk associate last night was so nice! We had issues with health and safety concerns with a local hotel, she got us a great price for the night. Very sweet lady. Pool was warm and perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was hot and had a nice variety. Definitely would use them again!

Friendly staff, clean and spacious.

Cons:

The cleaning staff only knocked briefly and didn't wait for a response before trying to open the door at 8:30 am on day of checkout even with a do not disturb sign up. Not a major thing, just would like the sign to be regarded until checkout time of 11 am.
