It overall was a great stay just like I said the receptionist at night could’ve been a little more attentive.
Pros:

It was very comfortable, pretty good breakfast and I loved it because they do not charge for pets. 24 hour inside pool. Awesome!

Cons:

The only thing I will say is you have to wait by the front desk a lot for the front desk receptionists if you need something at night, even if it’s not too late.

Pros:

It was nice to have a hot breakfast! It was open at 6am which was great for us.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. We stayed at a terrible place on the first leg of the trip. It was a corporate hotel.

Perfect for overnight stay for soccer game
Pros:

Location to the Lexington Soccet Stadium. Probably could have walked; however, didn't want to risk crossing the busy streets. Comfortable beds.

Pros:

Great location to the interstate. Well lit as I arrived just as it got dark. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean as well as the room. As a solo traveler this hotel was a very comfortable place to stay.

Overall, this was a nice hotel but I will probably be looking to stay elsewhere the next four years.
Pros:

We were in town to tour Eastern Kentucky University which is where our son will begin attending this fall so we will be traveling to the area a lot over the next four or so years. This hotel was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to the Interstate which made it easy for us to get around. Breakfast was decent. Our room was comfortable.

Cons:

I don't know if it was because the first part of our stay was over a weekend but they do allow dogs here and there were dogs galore! I have a dog myself (that stayed home and we don't travel with) and don't consider myself allergic but with so many dogs around my allergies were quite bad. The couch in our room smelled of wet dog so I'm assuming it is a favorite spot for many dogs to sit and lay on. The unfortunate part of all the dogs was that one person brought their dog into the breakfast area and the dog peed on the stone wall in there and there was also dog pee in the elevator. I've never stayed in a hotel with so many dogs before and I love dogs but this was just too much.
Also, the walls are very thin. The first night there I could here someone's tv on the entire night. Our second two days/nights there was someone above us that must have had kids with them running around and periodically jumping off of beds or furniture. The pounding and big "booms" lasted for hours every morning and evening. We did ask the front desk if they could please call them to ask them to not pound on the floor so much but it did not help the situation and it continued for three days and two nights. I highly recommend you book a room on the third floor so that nobody is above you.

Pros:

The hotel met all our basic needs. It was very clean and comfortable. The shower was nice as well. I would recommend if you're trying to save money and have a comfortable place to stay a few nights.

Cons:

Any complaints I would have are really just because I'm use to staying in 3 and 4 star hotels (e.g., more selection for breakfast, complimentary lotion, etc.).no major issues.
