Tub didn't drain
Staff disappeared and never followed up when I requested a mattress amd asked for dishes and a call back.
Good place to stay in. The rooms are big and equipped
Breakfast is horrible!! It’s a complete joke to call it a breakfast
Dirty nothing provided no dishes coffee pot or shampoo. Room was dirty with pee on bathroom floor and hair in the shower. Bed was hard uncomfortable the blanket scratchy. Dark dingy and all around uncomfortable nights stay.
The location can't be beat. However, I arrived after dark and the location was difficult to find in the dark. Perhaps a sign on Harbor Bay Parkway would help.
Everything was adequate. I did not spend much time at the motel, so it was satisfactory for my needs.

El lugar está muy sucio, los cuartos huelen a mucho humo de tanto fumar, la refrigeración no servía. No hay desayuno como lo anuncian es únicamente café, paquetes instantáneos de avena y unos panecillos congelados en bolsas de plástico, pésimo.
Personas en la afuera en la pura entrada del lobby fumando mariguana, yo llevaba a mis hijas menores de edad. El personal del hotel dijeron que no podían hacer nada al respecto porque los que estaban fumando tenían sus derechos y que era la ley. Y yo le pregunté, y los derechos de los menores y mis derechos? La refrigeración no funcionaba, tuvo que venir el administrador del hotel con un técnico a repararla mientras mi familia y yo estábamos dentro del cuarto. Dos horas después cuando mi familia y yo descansamos tocaron a la puerta y era un empleado del hotel y un contratista que tenían que revisar las alarmas de humo porque las estaban inspeccionando. Yo les dije que no que mi familia dormía y me dijo el empleado que tenían que revisarlas, así que pasaron cuando mi familia estaba acostadas en la cama. Me cambiaron de cuarto porque olía mucho a homo de cigarro y otro que me dieron olía peor a más humo, la vinieron y lo tocaron con un química para tratar de quitar el olor, nunca se quitó. No limpian los cuartos a menos que te quedes más de dos meses..

Very easy to get to Airport to pick up my client.
Not a thing, everything was perfect.
Big room albeit outdated, the staff was helpful even late at night. Free parking is a big plus (and you can do very cheap park n fly through a separate service). Super close to the airport, would stay here again.
