Greg at the front desk was patient and helpful. The room was clean and updated...but the mattress on the pull out couch was a hard pass. . It should be replaced.The bath towels small and fit for Jr. high schoolers. The breakfast was not worth waking up for. Prepackaged small muffins, oatmeal packets, coffee and tea. With all this in mind I would stay here again.

Erin is thorough in providing information and ensuring that each guest’s needs are met promptly and accurately. Her friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellent customer service creates a positive experience for guests and contribute greatly to the overall success of the hotel.

What we found in the room.
The front desk staff goes above and beyond. Kassandra and Jerrod were always kind and accommodating. They truly made my stay bearable.
Unfortunately, this location lives up to the Extended Stay America reputation. Although relatively clean, residents prop open the doors, smoke marijuana in rooms as well as outside the doors. I work nights and after my car was hit, I was told there are NO OUTDOOR CAMERAS. Safety and Noise is definitely a concern. Upper management leaves a lot to be desired.

Do NOT stay here! Car break-ins during the night are endemic; staff and police are fully aware and dont seem to care. We witnessed shattered window glass all over the ground and people crying in the parking lot that their cars had been vandalized and their possessions stolen. Seems to be a frequent and regular occurrence and zero security cameras? It’s almost like staff knows…
I felt in the middle of the night after neighbors were being loud. Front desk switched rooms for me upstairs. Upstairs was much worse there was someone yelling and it sounded scary so I didn’t even go into that next room. I felt unsafe. I slept in my car that night.
This is the place we go to stay when I have to go to UCSF for appointments. I have Cancer and we have tried many hotels and this is our favorite. It is so relaxing and quiet. The staff is soo accommodating and professional. One in particular is outstanding and deserves a raise. Her name is Kossandra. Talking with her there is just something so bright about her personality. She is great at her job and is very bubbly and sweet. We will forever stay at this location for any appointments in the bay area. Thank Kossandra for your kindness.
