Renovation Notice
Please note, our commitment to providing the best experience includes ongoing renovations. From November 28, 2023, to January 3, 2024, renovation work will be carried out in one of our Luxury double bedrooms. Minimal noise may occur during specified hours.

Temporary Scaffolding
Until the end of May 2026 (completion date subject to change), scaffolding will be in place at the hotel for exterior maintenance works, including window painting, window cleaning, and brick cleaning. Works will take place Monday to Friday, between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Saturday 08:00 AM-01:00 PM. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
The outdoor, gated car park is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is required (charges apply) - please contact the hotel. Standard sized vehicles accepted only (no vans).
A photo ID card or passport will be required from each person staying.
Where there is a minor staying and their ID does not obviously indicate a direct familial relationship with the adult(s) staying, further evidence must be required of authority to co-occupy / care, according to our legal obligation.
Please note different cancellation terms apply for bookings made on a flexible plan for 2 or more apartments, or 3 or more rooms, or where the booking exceeds GBP 1.000 or 6 nights. In such instances, guests will be contacted by email.
In the case of advance payment / non refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking. The same card must be presented upon check in unless prior authorisation has been arranged with the hotel. In all other cases, your credit or debit card will be preauthorised for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival date, with payment due upon arrival. When charging your card, the GBP booking amount will be converted to the currency of your card by our credit card machine provider. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

When I arrived the check-in process was made extremely smooth, thanks to the friendly and helpful attitude of the receptionist, Sonny. Super easy.
Also the neighborhood is great with lots of bars and restaurants and it's easy to get to the tube.
The bed was rock hard, so woke up with a lot of aches. The sink in the bathroom was difficult to operate - Couldn't drain the basin.
Excellent location
Security, safety rooms were quite small and could hear everything outside (was on ground floor).
The location was great! Easy access to the tube and train station, as well as lots of restaurants and shops. I liked the decoration inside the hotel as well. The general manager was very kind.
I didn't love the check-in process, but we particularly had a rough day and the front desk worker was not very kind or accommodating. We ended up falling asleep in the lobby until our room was ready and we were placed.
Spotlessly clean, good staff, great location for public transport. Quiet at night for sleeping.

Our double room was a bit small for 2 people, fine for one night id upgrade if longer stay.

Room was a box with almost no movement. . The temperature of the hotel was around 25 all the time with a really strong smell of cleaning polish that really overwhelmed the senses.
The breakfast was underwhelming. But for a travel break away this will suit most people's needs.

It was an anniversary gift for my parents and the feedback was very positive. They absolutely loved it so the hotel was nice. The decor old-fashioned but still very nice. They stayed in the suite and said it was comfy elegant and a great way for them to spend their 50th wedding anniversary.
They didn’t have any complaints to be fair…
Wij hadden de junior suite in de basement en die was zeer groot en mooi ingericht. Zeer schoon. Ontbijtzaal was zeer sfeervol en licht. Erg gezellig ingericht.
Alhoewel we het niet echt hadden gemist maar we konden niet naar buiten kijken vanuit onze suite. De binnenplaats deuren waren beplakt met folie tegen de inkijk. Ik moet zeggen dat het zo wel een fijne privacy gaf. Het ontbijt zou van ons iets uitgebreider mogen. Bijvoorbeeld met scrambled eggs. Rest was prima. Het gebouw aan de voorkant en de tuin stond in de steigers. Dit was niet aan ons medegedeeld. We hebben er geen hinder van ondervonden.

My aunt found the mattress quite hard, but the staff were very accommodating and provided a mattress topper.
