Renovation Notice
Please note, our commitment to providing the best experience includes ongoing renovations. From November 28, 2023, to January 3, 2024, renovation work will be carried out in one of our Luxury double bedrooms. Minimal noise may occur during specified hours.

The outdoor, gated car park is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is required (charges apply) - please contact the hotel. Standard sized vehicles accepted only (no vans).

A photo ID card or passport will be required from each person staying.

Where there is a minor staying and their ID does not obviously indicate a direct familial relationship with the adult(s) staying, further evidence must be required of authority to co-occupy / care, according to our legal obligation.

Please note different cancellation terms apply for bookings made on a flexible plan for 2 or more apartments, or 3 or more rooms, or where the booking exceeds GBP 1.000 or 6 nights. In such instances, guests will be contacted by email.

In the case of advance payment / non refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking. The same card must be presented upon check in unless prior authorization has been arranged with the hotel. In all other cases, your credit or debit card will be preauthorised for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival date, with payment due upon arrival. When charging your card, the GBP booking amount will be converted to the currency of your card by our credit card machine provider. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking.

Convenient location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, who also allowed us to check in early which was great. The location was really convenient.

Cons:

Our was room wasn’t very sound proof and so we were woken up through the night due to slamming doors and the plumbing. The bed was also quite uncomfortable meaning we didn’t get a good nights sleep. The door handle to the bathroom also kept getting stuck but this was reported on departure.

Good value and location, helpful staff and excellent service
Pros:

Very helpful staff, in particular the guy in the evening, Sunny was particularly helpful, our room was great and we had a small balcony, which was good to relax on when we arrived.
Good value for money, close to underground, plenty of walkable pubs and restaurants.

Nice, not fancy, hotel located close to the tube with breakfast included
Pros:

One of many Earls Court hotels round a nice square. Close to tube, buses, pubs, restaurants and shops. Great that breakfast was included

Cons:

Except for lovely lady at check out, staff were pretty so-so. No interaction whatsoever.
Didn't know we'd be in the basement. Not a problem, really, as you don't spend much time in the room

Uskrsni vikend u sobi Pasha
Pros:

U sobi nas je dočekao tanjur svježeg voća i zdjela prženih pistacija. Soba je prostrana, s prekrasnim, starim ali održavanim namještajem koji se izvrsno uklapa u ambijent starinske zgrade i gradske četvrti u kojoj se hotel nalazi, sa udobnim krevetom, velikom kupaonicom, lijepim balkonom koji gleda na izuzetno mirnu i tihu ulicu i prelijepi park s druge strane ulice. Soba je bila iznimno čista, svako jutro pospremljena i ostavljenim novim, čistim ručnicima. Doručak je bio na bazi švedskog stola i mogu reći jako dobar. Osobito bih pohvalio domaćice u blagovaonici u kojoj se doručkuje, gospođu Jadranku i gospođu Aishu, koje su se iznimno trudile da nam na doručku ništa ne nedostaje, te da se osjećamo udobno i dobrodošli. Zbog njih su i mali i možda neki i veći problemi zaboravljeni ili su pali u drugi plan.

Cons:

U hotelu smo boravili dok su u tijeku bili radovi na čišćenju vanjske fasade i prozora. Bio je uskrsni vikend i radnika nije bilo, ali su skele bile postavljene, te su nam iste ograničavale upotrebu balkona i narušavale izgled objekta i inače lijep pogled kroz prozore. To nije bilo nešto što sam mogao prihvatiti kao nešto nevažno i usputno u tipu djelatnosti kao što je turizam a u što rad hotela spada, i bio sam dojma da uprava hotela to nastoji minimizirati. Istina, dobili smo popust što je bila njihova lijepa gesta i koju i supruga i ja mislimo da je bila potrebna i koju osobito cijenimo bez obzira na njen iznos. Osim toga bi trebalo i riješiti problem ispiranja WC školjke: vodokotlić se sporo puni i pritisak za ispiranje je preslab i kad se jednom isti koristi, mora se pričekati neko vrijeme za njegovo ponovno korištenje.

Legközelebbi londoni utunkhoz is itt fogok foglalani.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van , csendes szép környéken, közel a metróállomás. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész, minden nap takarították a szobánkat, cserélték a törölközőket, nem is kellett kérni.

Pros:

Angenehmes Zimmer, wegen Umbauarbeiten erhielten wir eines im Keller. Aber ruhig. Etwas umständlich zu erreichen.

Cons:

Booked a room with balcony ( Pasha room) , but the whole building was covered in scaffolding. No balcony access, no view, and windows blocked. Room smelled of construction dust.
This was not disclosed before arrival, which is misleading. No apology, no complimentary gesture, and no offer to move us to another room. Would not have booked if we had known.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, lovely room, staff were lovely apart from lady we spoke to on the phone about parking, she was not helpful.
