Renovation Notice
Please note, our commitment to providing the best experience includes ongoing renovations. From November 28, 2023, to January 3, 2024, renovation work will be carried out in one of our Luxury double bedrooms. Minimal noise may occur during specified hours.

Temporary Scaffolding
Until the end of May 2026 (completion date subject to change), scaffolding will be in place at the hotel for exterior maintenance works, including window painting, window cleaning, and brick cleaning. Works will take place Monday to Friday, between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Saturday 08:00 AM-01:00 PM. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
The outdoor, gated car park is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is required (charges apply) - please contact the hotel. Standard sized vehicles accepted only (no vans).
A photo ID card or passport will be required from each person staying.
Where there is a minor staying and their ID does not obviously indicate a direct familial relationship with the adult(s) staying, further evidence must be required of authority to co-occupy / care, according to our legal obligation.
Please note different cancellation terms apply for bookings made on a flexible plan for 2 or more apartments, or 3 or more rooms, or where the booking exceeds GBP 1.000 or 6 nights. In such instances, guests will be contacted by email.
In the case of advance payment / non refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking. The same card must be presented upon check in unless prior authorisation has been arranged with the hotel. In all other cases, your credit or debit card will be preauthorised for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival date, with payment due upon arrival. When charging your card, the GBP booking amount will be converted to the currency of your card by our credit card machine provider. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lite rom, men det var vi forberedt på. Ulyd av aircondition, men den fungerte utmerket.

Position in the West of the city. Close to tube stations.
Although the room was a small double it was immaculate and a lovely ensuite bathroom. Aircon in the room was so good in the heatwave. Staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was fine, but could have had a few more options.
A great base for our 3 nights in London. Handy for Earl’s Court tube and situated in a nice quiet residential square. Staff very friendly and the place was spotless. More than adequate continental breakfast and the excellent air conditioning was very welcome during the recent heatwave. Room 19 was on the small side but if I returned I’d go for a larger one. Would recommend.
Great location, friendly staff, very clean public spaces, and the room itself was very clean. Loved having a balcony to look over the park. The location is quiet even though you are a few blocks away from a major tube stop. The only noise came from the wood floor in our room; it was very squeaky, but it would be an easy fix for future maintenance.

We booked a luxury room costing a lot of money. The room was very small. The television was also very small 17 inch maybe. It was sat in a corner cabinet. You had to have both cabinet doors open to watch the TV. The right hand door when open went partly across the bathroom door, so you had to close it if you wanted to use the bathroom. You also had to close the doors after switching off. The air conditioning unit was above said cabinet, so although it worked it took ages to cool the room down. The view was of scaffolding. The room did not justify the cost in any way.
I would not stay there again.

Ein gemütliches Hotel an überraschend ruhiger Lage am Nervern Square unweit der Earls Court Station mit sehr herzlichen, hilfsbereiten Personal. Unser Zimmer war trotz Sommerhitze angenehm kühl. Das lag an der Lage im Untergeschoss. Zimmer und Bad hatten eine gute Grösse. Das einzig negative war, dass dieses Zimmer im Untergeschoss kein Fenster hat. Tageslicht gibt es nur über die Milchglastür. Das war für uns ungewöhnlich und vorab auch nicht bei der Buchung ersichtlich. Für 2 Nächte völlig okay, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde es stören.
