Renovation Notice
Please note, our commitment to providing the best experience includes ongoing renovations. From November 28, 2023, to January 3, 2024, renovation work will be carried out in one of our Luxury double bedrooms. Minimal noise may occur during specified hours.

The outdoor, gated car park is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is required (charges apply) - please contact the hotel. Standard sized vehicles accepted only (no vans).

A photo ID card or passport will be required from each person staying.

Where there is a minor staying and their ID does not obviously indicate a direct familial relationship with the adult(s) staying, further evidence must be required of authority to co-occupy / care, according to our legal obligation.

Please note different cancellation terms apply for bookings made on a flexible plan for 2 or more apartments, or 3 or more rooms, or where the booking exceeds GBP 1.000 or 6 nights. In such instances, guests will be contacted by email.

In the case of advance payment / non refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking. The same card must be presented upon check in unless prior authorization has been arranged with the hotel. In all other cases, your credit or debit card will be preauthorised for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival date, with payment due upon arrival. When charging your card, the GBP booking amount will be converted to the currency of your card by our credit card machine provider. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking.

Pros:

Kleines feines Hotel mit guter Anbindung an die Bahn. Wir hatten die Pascha Suite gebucht und fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Das Frühstück war klein aber fein.
Wir würden es beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen.

What a great hotel at a great price
Pros:

Great location, on a lovely London square close to Earls Court station. Room was nicely decorated and nice bed linen. Lovely continental breakfast.Great price for B&B in London.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit tired.

Great hotel, all you could need for a stay in London
Pros:

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do only 5 mins walk from maybe station so museums, theatre galleries all easily reached..
Staff well all friendly and helpful, room was spotless, bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.
Also we arrived early so couldn’t check in but we’re able to leave bags at the hotel securely which was really helpful.
Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I’m in London

Pros:

Perfect location for seeing the sights. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Close to tube and bus stops. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was very good. Will certainly be looking to go back at some future time.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike apart from the weather.

What I liked was the cleanliness, the lovely and helpful staff, and the location. For us, it was convenient, as we could easily take the tube to commute.

Cons:

The breakfast felt more like something you would expect in a 2‑star hotel. The room was extremely small—there wasn’t even enough space for one person, let alone two. I honestly don’t understand how they received a 4‑star certification when the room was only 7 square meters for two guests.
For me and my friend, just having our two cabin bags inside the room made it almost impossible to walk. It literally felt like being in a cage.
We stayed on the 4th floor, and for two days the water stopped while we were taking a shower. I had to stand there for about 10 minutes with shampoo foam all over my body until the water finally came back. It was definitely due to poor maintenance.

Beautiful hotel. Very different in the sense of unique. The decor is great and each room has an individual style. We have stayed a few times and each room has been very comfortable within inspiring decor. Hotel is exceptionally clean.Breakfast is included in the price. Staff are very professional friendly and helpful. Very nice part of London
