Amazing!
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Super close to the falls and the staff members were very friendly and even upgraded me to a nicer room! Absolutely a great experience!

Pros:

Nothing was exceptional, the washroom was recently redone, maybe that would be the highlight.

Cons:

Room was dated, with need for immediate upgrade, blinds dont roll up, wallpaper peeling off from walls.

Très agréable et bien situé!
Pros:

Sabrina à la réception dans l'après midi du 10 août fut très sympathique dans l'accueil reçu et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse.
Maddie au restaurant et à la boutique le mercredi matin du 12 août fut très gentille : excellent service et personne professionnelle et bienveillante.

Si je n’avais pas de chat j’aurais sûrement choisi un autre hôtel pour le mm prix.
Pros:

Le personnel était génial et l’emplacement était proche des chutes.

Cons:

Qualité prix; la piscine n’est pas disponible 24/7, pas de déjeuners. Parking payant . Sachant qu’on paie chers pour l’emplacement, on a pas eu le droit à une vue sur les chutes puisque nous avions un animal, pourtant en paie un extra pour l’avoir avec nous.

het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat erg fijn was na een reis van meer dan 20 uur

En résumé, beau séjour!
Pros:

Superbe emplacement, tout prêt des chutes . Chambre très propre, nouvelle douche, lit confortable . Personnel très gentil. Le restaurant très bon.

Cons:

La seule chose, le matelas du sofa-lit était complètement finis, mon fils a dû dormir directement sir le sofa qui était quand même confortable selon lui. Le stationnement à 45$ +tx, il serait bien d’avoir des bornes électriques mais ça ne semble pas très populaire à Niagara sauf quelques bornes très lentes ou tesla( on doit avoir adaptateur).

La vue était parfaite et nous pouvons tout faire à pied.

Les lits étaient plus ou moins confortables. Le divan lit ne l’était pas du tout. Nous étions 5 dans la chambre, il manquait donc de serviettes de bain et d’oreiller pour le divan lit.

Pros:

View of Canadian falls and river, American falls is obscured by other hotels. Walkable to breakfast places and Fallsview Casino. Rainhead or handheld shower options. Stayed in room 1538 top corner with best view.

Cons:

Overcharged for parking. Their overflow parking said $30. When I paid they did not provide receipt. When I checked out they did not provide receipt for stay. My credit card now shows a charge for $50.85. I message them on booking.com, nobody has responded for FOUR DAYS. *DO NOT* use their parking or pay by CASH only. It is a shame this ruined what would otherwise have been a nice stay and nobody has responded to my message for four days.
