We didn’t stay but were charged anyways. We booked the wrong hotel and they would not refund us. This hotel was not worth the money when we arrived it was not what we had pictured so we left.

J’ai pris une chambre avec vue sur les chutes et la vue était tout simplement sublime.
Le personnel était courtois et souriant, particulièrement M. Ahmad qui a offert un excellent service.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne le check-in : il était prévu à 16h, mais la chambre n’était toujours pas prête à notre arrivée.

Very nice hotel, overcharged for what I was supposed to get and didn’t 😓

Cleanliness, location, extremely comfortable beds and best pillows!!!! Views of Canadian Horseshoe Falls were amazing!!

Cons:

I didn’t like that I paid for a King size Suite with jetted tub/jacuzzi and didn’t receive that, and our room was on a different floor from my elderly parents. I called Booking.com as well as spoke to the hotel in January to confirm that our rooms would be really close. It was supposed to be down the hall on the same floor as my parents..😓 Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean!! The restaurant wasn’t busy however it took forever just to get appetizers.

The view from my room was nice, better than I expected.

Cons:

The pool area was terrible, and right on the first floor a d way to small. To much chlorine and dank and humid, it didn't give a clean vibe so stayed away.

La personne devant l'hotel ne m'a même pas aidé à descendre mes valises.
Pas une demi bouteille d'eau dans la chambre
Salle d'eau petite . Il faut faire le tour de la cuvette des WC
Etablissement qui selon moi ne mérite pas la note de Booking.com

But recently we revisited and the experience was awful.

I booked the falls-view kind size with jetted tub.

They offered significantly small room with double bed with no falls view. And staff was very rude, we asked for refund they said they can’t and made the situation which forces us to stay in the room given by them or else they will still deduct the money.
