My husband and I showed up around 930-10 pm at night to get our reserved " premium" room. I was told that the only room they had available was a standard double room( two double or queen beds ) and premium has a king. He tried to lie to me stating that even though it supposedly said premium on my end it really means any room. It doesn't. I worked in the hotel industry a while and scamming customers isn't how things are done. He was suddenly able to pull up a premium room. Not the one we reserved as it was supposed to be a bedroom and a sitting area. The room we received was one room with a very musty smell in it. We decided to just make the best of it . Then while we were sorting out the mess at the front desk the valet guys decided to get nasty with me about how long our vehicle was parked there. Absolutely the worst customer service. When I decided to address this again with Freddy ( the guy who lied about the room ) he basically just shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. We definitely won't be staying again.
Appreciate Freddy the hotel manager was very professional and had given us outstanding service.
We did have breakfast at the hotel that was just okay the pancakes were on the tough side.
The breakfast could have been better more of a quality food.

Easy 5 minute walk to the Falls Incline Railway which places you at the main visitor center. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Inclusion of a small sofa was very welcome.
Paint in the bathroom could have been applied a little more carefully. The toilet paper holder is a bit of a stretch to reach from the toilet - could be an issue for less able bodied guests.
