Please note that a buffet breakfast is provided from May until October and an a la carte breakfast is provided from November until April, both with surcharge and upon request.

Staff was friendly. The view in the room was nice
The air conditioner/heater made howling noises from the winds alllll nught long. We finally fell asleep after 2am due to exhaustion, with the tv on trying to tune out the noise from the air unit. At 4am the fire alarm went off and we walked down 15 flights and sat in lobby for an hour. We get back to our room and are just about to fall asleeo and it goes off again. This time we grab our stuff to just leave. We make it down 1 flight and the alarm stops. We go back to our room to try to get some sleep. We go to check out and we explained our negative experience and were told they would refund our parking and apologized that no one from Management was in that day. I wrote a message on the booking app to the hotel and never received a response back.

Victoria was so lovely and cheerful. She managed to check me in early, that was kind.
Check out was a breeze, it was so fast that I didn't get the name of the lovely lady who helped me.
I should of booked a longer stay.

It was clean and comfortable. Shower was great newly renovated it appeared!. The pool was great for swimming. Restaurant was delicious and super easy to get to.
I didn’t like the pillows. They hurt my neck. Everything else was fantastic.

Was convenient. Great location. Spacious room. Nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing.
Elevators were a bit slow.
