Everything was great except for the bed and that’s what I paid for was a bed!

The staff was fabulous . Conveniently located and very clean

Cons:

The bed was a nightmare !
It was so soft and sunken. I had a hard time sleeping and had a terrible backache from it.

Pros:

The hotel is right next to the horseshoe falls. It is a short walk to the behind the falls tour and 25 minutes to the boat ride. Great food options. Staff was attentive and helpful.

The rooms were nice.

Cons:

No complementary coffee or refreshment.
Another disappointment was the parking lot fills up and the off site parking is quite far. I didn't really feel comfortable leaving my car there.

Disappointing about the falls view, like I told everyone, it is more like FALSE VIEW.
Pros:

No pet, cigarette or marijuana smell in the room

Cons:

The false advertising about 'falls view'. The ice machines not working at least on floor two and four. They need to pay attention to number of guests in room and have supplies accordingly. The charge for parking, it is outrageous and ridiculously high.
