Hôtel pas mal ! Je recommande
Pros:

- L’emplacement est très bon. Nous avions une jolie vue sur les chutes au 12eme étage.
- la chambre est bien, il y a de la place pour poser des affaires dans la salle de bains.
- J’ai fait d’autres hôtels autour et celui-ci a vraiment un meilleur rapport qualité prix.
- le parking est juste devant (45$C) contrairement à d’autres hôtels où il faut prendre un schuttle.
- personnel aimable (ils ont accepté que je prenne ma chambre à 13h).

Cons:

- à 250€ la nuit on aimerait au moins une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre quand il fait 40 degrés dehors.
- distributeur de bouteille d’eau en panne au 12eme
- le lit qui grince énormément et qui vous réveille la nuit j’ai oublié de le signaler (chambre 1228).

Pros:

I like that it was close to the falls and the room waz spacious.

Cons:

No restaurant, ice maker was not working had to go to the lobby to get some. Ask for room cleaning and ask for 4 towels gave me 2 and did not refill toilef papers

Pros:

Location of hotel is great away from main traffic.

Cons:

Over priced room, pillows seemed like toddler pillows which made sleeping uncomfortable. Staff communication about what amount on credit card hold was not made clear. As well parking on-site was over priced as well as the off site option was overpriced.

It is worth the value to have a room of the falls' view for a truly relaxing vacation.
Pros:

We liked the falls' view from the room. It was truly beautiful to see a full rainbow over the falls in the afternoon for hours.

We walked in we were professionally greeted by Freddy. He was a great representative for your company. He was very attentiveto our needs.
We loved the view of the falls from our room!!
It was breath-taking & amazing!!
The beds were very comfy.We loved the pillows!
The room was a good size, clean, & we realize it is under going renovations for the "New look" .
Housekeeping was stellar.
We enjoyed our entire stay in Canada at your hotel.

Cons:

The air-conditioned was a little quirky.; room became very chilly & decreasing/ increasing just 1°F made it too stuffy and or ice cold.
