War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und im Restaurant hat mir sehr gefallen. Da wir 2 Hunde dabei hatten, war uns ein hundefreundliches Hotel wichtig. Hier wurden unsere Erwartung voll erfüllt.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Top Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmer völlig ausreichend. Bequeme Sessel. Kleiner Kühlschrank. Frühstück super toller Service mit netten umsichtigen Mitarbeiter(innen). Schöne Bar mit freundlicher Bedienung.

Cons:

Preis für Parkplatz (23€) sehr teuer. Sauna erst ab 16:00h (im Winter würde man gern früher benutzen).

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Freundliche, gemütliche Atmosphäre; es fehlt an nichts. Absolut toll zum Ausspannen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Strandpromenade. Auch unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Und das Frühstück möchte ich hervorheben.

Cons:

Wir haben sehr spontan diesen Kurzaufenthalt gebucht. Und uns auf zwei Tage in einem gut bewerteten Hotel gefreut.
Leider war der Service und die Kompetenz des Personal nicht wirklich gut. Trotz, dass wir vor dem eigentlich Check In unsere Daten angegeben hatten, dauerte es beim Check In eine Ewigkeit, da nichts vorbereitet war. Auch konnte der Check In tatsächlich erst ab 15 Uhr stattfinden, da man nicht prüfen konnte, ob das Zimmer schon fertig war…. Es schien eher eine pauschale Anweisung zu sein, was ich so in einem 4* Haus noch nicht erlebt habe. Alles in allem schienen die Mehrheit des Personals (welches wir erlebt haben) eher Aushilfskräfte zu sein (das Frühstückspersonal und der Herr an der Bar waren eine Ausnahme).
Das Hotel hat dadurch leider wenig Charme und auch die Gemütlichkeit fehlt.
Außerdem werden die Zimmer nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt, der Nachhaltigkeit wegen. Das ist so ok, wenn mich jemand darauf hinweist. Ich finde allerdings, dass einmal Bett machen am Tag nix mit Nachhaltigkeit zu tun hat und im Urlaub ein Service ist, auf den ich mich freue.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Von eine 4* Haus hatte ich mehr erwartet.

Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Saunabereich klein aber ausreichend, vielleicht war das Hotel auch nicht voll ausgebucht. Das Indoor Pool ist relativ groß. Es gibt nicht nur Liegen am Pool sondern auch in einem Extra-Raum für mehr Ruhe und in einem Außenbereich.

Die Größe des Zimmers überzeugt.

Cons:

Abendessen: Es gab nicht ein vegetarisches Hauptgericht, das ist schon sehr verwunderlich. Und nein, ich rede nicht von vegan, ich rede von vegetarisch.

Die 2 Matratzen im Doppelbett haben jeweils solche Kuhlen, dass man in der Mitte des Doppelbettes nicht bequem liegen kann. Diese ist erhöht und man rollt auf beiden Seiten zurück in die Kuhle.
