Henkilökunnalle kiitos erittäin ystävällisestä ja huomioivasta palvelusta. Etenkin ravintolan puolella tuli tunne, että työntekijät ottivat aikaa jutella jokaiselle asiakkaalle. Kiitos. Huoneet oli mukavat ja siistit.

Huone oli siisti samoin itse hotelli. Illallinen ravintolassa sujui hyvin ja siika-annos oli mainio.

Cons:

Oli lauantai ja paljon porukkaa liikkeellä. Aamiaisella henkilökunta ei ehtinyt hoitaa ruokatiskien siisteyttä ja
aika paljon puuttui ruokia koska niitä ei ehditty täyttää. Lämpimät ruuat olivat osin kylmiä. Tähän olisi hyvä panostaa jos hotelissa on korkea käyttöaste. Vähän vaikutti siltä että tässä asiassa johtaminen puuttui. Huoneissa saisi olla parempi valaistus.
