Tyytyväinen matkaaja
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli todella palveluhenkisiä ja ystävällisiä ja teki vieraan olosta erityisen tervetulleen. Teki heti mieli alkaa suunntella uutta matkaa Ouluun.

Cons:

Ei löydy mitään kirjattavaa. Ehkä pikakahvijauhepussi olisi tullut käytetyksi, jos vedenkeittimen ohessa se olisi ollut.

Kaikki sujui hienosti. Niin yhteydenpito kuin kirjautumiset jne. Aamiainen oli herkullinen ja monipuolinen.
Lemmikin kanssa matkustavat oli huomioitu hienosti pienellä yllätyksellä - kiitos :).

Nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Flexibilität der Beschäftigten sind besonders hervorzuheben!

Gut gelegen, nettes Personal. Grosszügiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind gar nicht modern. Insbesondere das Badezimmer ist für den Preis und die 4 Sterne ungenügend. Die Badewanne ist viel zu klein, um darin baden zu können, der Wasserhahn ist so klein, dass man sich kaum waschen kann und die Toilette ist viel zu hoch installiert, um sich bequem setzen zu können.
Insgesamt ist das Zimmer nicht ansprechend und dunkel. Den Strom muss man mit der Zimmerkarte aktivieren und sämtliche Lichter muss man separat bei den Lampen ein resp. ausschalten.

Cons:

Huoneen ilmastointi oli melko kovalla ja huone viileä.
WC-tilassa olisi voinut olla useampi ripustuskoukku.
Normaali vaatekomero eteisessä.
Laatikollinen yöpöytä.
Ainakin yksi istuintuoli lisää.
