I usually love Holiday Inn Express. Not this one.
Pros:

Excellent pillows.

Cons:

* Outdated/worn furniture.
* Old TV. Broken TV remote.
* No stopper in bathroom sink.
* Cheep bathroom paper products.
* 6:00 AM Sunday fire alarm.
* During three night stay, housekeeping did not enter my room one time. Trash was really piling up. That made for a really bad feel to the entire stay.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We reserved a handicap room. We were checked-in and it turned out the room we were given was not one. We didn’t have time to change even though it turned out there was availability. The reservation system needs to be improved so you get what you reserve at check-in.
