Enjoyed our stay with a great pool
Pros:

Great room very clean, warm and comfortable beds. Pool was great and not too cold.Food was ok a bit on the expensive side.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast wasn't great it was included in our rate but would not be worth paying extra.
Staff on the whole were great but the girl on the leisure desk wasn't very helpful.
No biscuits provided on the in room tea tray which I've never seen before.

The room was newly decorated, fresh and clean, we had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room was very hot, we had to open the window and use the fan provided to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

Served a purpose
Pros:

It was for a family wedding. Venue was decorated beautifully
Free parking

Cons:

Pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great, sausages were undercooked. It was difficult to find staff. Check in and check out was confusing as computers looked like you could do it yourself but then said ask staff who were no where to be seen

Great 3 night stay

Perfect location for a visit to the NEC, the hotel food was exactly what we needed and the gym and pool were a very welcome bonus.
