Clean good rooms
Pros:

It was clean and the rooms were really good

Cons:

Only one thing
The Women working at breakfast was quite annoyed when I queried the price on the literature left in the room for the breakfast which said £12.50 ,they said it was £17.50, so we didn’t have the breakfast we had Starbucks instead

Cons:

Having to pay for parking my car
I was focused on checking in not expecting to have to go to a pay machine for car parking on site
When I checked in I was prompted for my registration- this I assumed was to cover the parking
At no time did the checking in or out staff ask if I had paid for parking

Paying for parking as a guest is a big NO hide it in the room price its only £5 but no one wants extra costs as they arrive gives of a nasty taste in the mouth...

Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and sorted out our queries

Cons:

I understood that the gym and pool were included in the room price, but on arrival discovered this not to be the case. There is also an additional charge for car parking despite having a large car park.

Overally i liked the place and would revisit and stay longer to enjoy the gym and swimming.
Pros:

Large spacious family room, spacious shower area. Enjoyed my shower. Very comfortable beds. Food very nice and well presented.

Cons:

Tea cups not clean.

Pros:

Wow what a wonderful hotel the Refurbishment is stunning, it's like a Luxury hotel.
The staff are excellent as always,
When we arrived at the hotel the staff met us with a warm welcome.
Nothing is too much trouble
The Rooms are Beautiful
The beds are sooo comfortable, I could sleep all day watching the enormous flat screen TV.🤗
The Restaurant food is delicious
Both breakfast and Evening Meal
House keeping staff is so efficient and met our needs with clean towels daily etc.
We had a wonderful time ,
Can't wait to return to the Village Hotel Coventry in December 🤗

I did not find anything I don't like
Everything was perfect for us,
I will be recommending friends and family to visit this hotel because I know they will enjoy themselves very much indeed.

I would go back for the convenience but it definitely missed the feeling of warm customer service .
Pros:

Great location for where I needed to be, restaurant/bar was a good size, bedroom was clean, modern and very comfortable.

Cons:

Not a complaint but check- in was self service which isn’t always easy, especially if you need to ask questions about parking/booking tables. Luckily we did find a young person to guide us through the process. The restaurant also had QR codes for ordering at tables for convenience, you can also order at the bar. Some people probably find these options a bonus, we just like talking to people and the feeling that you are welcome.
