Mould in my bathroom, around the ceiling. I spent £132 for my room and in my mind that is a lot to have have mould present!

Relaxing end to our working week
Pros:

Mollie in the bar/restaurant is always friendly and ready to help with a smile. Intfact we have to say all the staff there offer first class service even when really busy and we always feel welcome.

Just ‘ok’ for work
Pros:

Not a lot, very dated. Undergoing refurb when there but staff didn’t tell me when checking in and finding room was a challenge to say the least!

Noisy in bar area people watching sports, slow service at bar and not that clean
