I won’t be going there again.
Pros:

Car parking was horrendous, & too much noise coming from the builders, OUTSIDE my bedroom!

Cons:

The room that I booked was a club class room but was totally inappropriate for people that are disabled or have breathing problems the long corridors and stairs are not good. Fortunately I did complain not only about that but a few other issues with the room and this was rectified quickly.

Price for what you’re offered with the club room. You can’t go wrong
Pros:

The pool and gym were amazing. Starbucks in the hotel saved me in the morning. Bar staff were so friendly and made the perfect cocktails.

Cons:

Only thing I can say is I wish there was a sofa in the room. The room was huge but there was space that could’ve utilised more furniture

Great hotel and stay.
Pros:

Staff very helpful , hotel very clean and a nice room. I would recommend to others and stay again.

Cons:

We had problem with getting cold water so reported to reception when we left. Not a problem for us as we only stayed 1 night.

Good, but lacking in certain areas.
Pros:

Rooms very clean, shower good, bed comfortable, staff were excellent.
All staff were excellent

Cons:

Room dark and fairly bare, no table or desk in room, only one chair.
Only one biscuit in room for two people

Enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, good range of facilities. Location good for us.

Cons:

Some areas in bathroom would benefit attention to detail - dusty hand wash bottle, marks in bottom of shower. Not a deal breaker but easily fixed.
