Not much to say. Staff at front desk and cleaning crews were fine, but all other staff not very attentive.

Cons:

First room assigned was horrible besides photos below there was a creaking sound coming from window frame that maintenance could not fix. Moved to another room after unpacking; had to pack and move. Would have appreciated a refund of 1 night since we checked out 1 day early.

Restaurant dining wasn’t good. Limited liquor options. Horrible neighbors making noise 2-3am .

OK for location, but a dated property
Pros:

The location is great and in the heart of Buenos Aires. As a Titanium BonVoy member, I was upgraded to a large room, which was good but dated. The pool area is very nice. However, the hotel was once a grand hotel, but it's lost its luster. The M Club was a resounding disappointment! The selection was sparse and they consistently ran out of items, which was disappointing since I selected this property to have a nice lounge on vacation. I addressed my concerns with the staff but nobody seemed to care or was interested. This Marriott does not give you the option to have breakfast in the restaurant, like other Marriott's for high status members. The shower was a mess because the floor doesn't tilt toward the drain. Some of the room decor is old and tired.

Marriott Buenos Aires not up to Marriott standards.
Pros:

This is by far the worst Marriott I have stayed in over the past 50 years. The rooms are small with no drawers. The TV is on a wall on the side of the bed so you need to be on your side to watch tv. The halls have some type of cleaner smell. There is no concierge. On the plus side the breakfast was adequate but crowded with tours from around the world and the staff was friendly. You should be able to do better in Buenos Aires.

Pros:

Centrally located in the heart of the city. Hotel is a bit tired and needs touch ups. Bellmen were our biggest complaint. Not sure if their role, they just hand around and do not open doors or assist with luggage. Food in restaurants was ok. Club Lounge employees were quite unfriendly. Reception staff was very friendly. Pool is nice but like a greenhouse do gets very warm in there. Temperature of pool water is very warm, does not cool a person down. Overall ok experience.
