Highly recommend this hotel, the location, restaurant and spa is worth every penny!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and always willing to help with a smile on their face. The spa was amazing, we stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and went to the spa almost all days. Roof top bar was really nice!

Pros:

Otelde geniş sauna hizmeti verilmekte

Cons:

Spa alanında çıplak geziliyor bu o kültürde doğru olabilir ama gitmek isteyenler için uyarmak isterim .sauna içersinde bile şort tarzı giyimlere izin verilmiyor

Zimmer, Lage, Frühstuck, Ausstattung, Personal alles Top

Cons:

Verkehrsproblem bei der Anreise bedingt durch den Innenstadtverkehr und Baustellen.
Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel

Schön für einen Kurztrip nach Köln.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, schöner Spa, unkompliziert, schöne Dachterasse, zentrale Lage

Cons:

Keine Parkplätze, kaum Personal im Spa um Ordnung zu halten oder Gläser aufzufüllen, Restaurant im Keller - kaum Personal auf der Dachterasse (trotz Bar) wir konnten nur einmal dort Getränke bestellen obwohl wir wunderschönes Wetter hatten und jeder gerne draußen sitzen wollte anstatt im Keller Restaurant. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super und sehr hilfsbereit ansonsten hat man das Personal eher vermisst.

Ich werde es nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen

Die Größe vom Schlafzimmer
Die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn

Cons:

Ich hatte mehr erwartet.
Die Preise werden bewusst niedrig gehalten, sodass man wie bei Ryanair alles extra drauf bezahlen muss.
Parkplatz 25€ , Bademantel mit Latschen 10€, 10€ Extra für die Therme als Gast, Frühstück Aufpreis….
Das Bad ist verhältnismäßig klein im Gegensatz zum Zimmer
Es war nicht sauber (fremde Haare bei Ankunft)
Die Therme ist heruntergekommen und nicht gepflegt

Die Zimker waren ausser dem Teppich ziemlich neu herrgerichtet

Cons:

Das in einem Thermen Hotel, die Sauna und die Bademäntel nochmalm extra berechnet werden.

Fijn balkon en prima kamer + wellness.

Cons:

Dat je om moet lopen om in je hotelkamer te komen, en terug voor het ontbijt (via de straat). En dat de kamer geen airco had.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön, das Personal freundlich und die Lage war perfekt. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit unserem 3,5-jährigen Kind dort und haben das Hotel spontan hauptsächlich wegen des Pools gebucht. Leider haben wir erst vor Ort erfahren, dass der Wellness- und Poolbereich FKK ist. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern war das für uns daher nicht passend und wir waren enttäuscht, weil sich unser Kind sehr auf das Schwimmen gefreut hatte. Eigentlich war unser Plan, den Abend im Hotel zu verbringen, dort zu essen und zu frühstücken. Durch die Situation haben wir dann aber kaum Zeit im Hotel verbracht und sind stattdessen in ein anderes Schwimmbad gegangen. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht gebucht.

Accueil agréable, très bon suivi, hotel très agreable

Cons:

Notre sejour dans cet hotel fut court. Dommage pas de parking. Il faut compter 30euro par jours dans un parking voisin. Dommage à la vue du standing de l hotel
