La habitación en general,y el aire acondicionado.las instalaciones en el hotel.
Las trabajadoras de recepción me dieron un buen trato,excepto la trabajadora asiática que su atención fue pésima

Cons:

Una trabajadora de recepción que es asiática, es muy antipática,y seca de cara al cliente, me parece increíble que teniendo una trabajadora trabajando de cara al público, independientemente si hablas bien o no el idioma, de un trato al cliente tan pésimo.
Los precios para el desayuno me parecen muy excesivos.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keinen Charme. Es fehlte Seife, die ich mir an der Rezeption abholen musste. Die Rooftop-Bar lieblos betrieben. Der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer gehört auf die Deponie. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Spabereich kostet für Hotelgäste extra.

Ein Hotel, das ich wieder nehmen würde.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut bezüglich der Größe gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett; ich konnte mein Fahrrad sicher wegstellen. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gewünscht. Die Preise der Minibar für Softgetränke fand ich sehr fair und anständig.
