Überteuert und ohne Welness-Atmosphäre

Das Bett war bequem m

Cons:

Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, im Welnessbereich gab es keine Trinkwasser-Spender, die Leute haben sich von der Bar Alkohol mitgenommen, dadurch entstand gerade für Frauen eine sehr unangenehme Atmosphäre, habe mich im welnessbereich nicht sicher gefühlt. Im Zimmer waren die Amaturen in der Dusche defekt, es kam nur kochend heißes Wasser raus, man musste ein paar mal ein und ausschalten damit man überhaupt duschen konnte. Man musste als Hotelgast nochmal zusätzlich für die Sauna pro Tag 10€ bezahlen, und auch nochmal extra für den Morgenmantel - bei einem Wellness Hotel ist das sehr erschreckend.

Zentrale Lage , parken im Parkhaus extrem teuer , Köln ist schön .
Pros:

Soweit ein schönes Hotel .

Cons:

-Personal zieht ein Gesicht ( eine Frage möchte man da schon überhaupt nicht stellen!)
- das Bad/ Zimmer braucht mal wieder eine leichte Renovierung und gründliches Putzen!
- „Therme“ —> nicht wirklich !!! Zugang ab18!! Zeitiger niemals ( jetzt ab 12) denn alle sind nackt , es ist klein und bei unserem Besuch 80% Männer! Kann sehr schnell zum Unwohlsein führen!
