Very nice location and atmosphere. And the shower was very nice!
The matrass was a bit too soft for my taste
Beautiful and Classy

Location, old world charm, friendly staff.
Main entrance access to lobby from street level challenging. No on-sight parking. Small room.
The location was excellent. Right on the harbor and a block from Government St and lots of local shopping and eating options. The room was comfortable with original art on the walls from the 100+ year history of the club.
I don’t think there is an accessible entrance so lugging a 20 kilo suitcase up the stairs to the front door could be a limitation for some. Also, it is a working members club with a dress code and rules which make it a bit uncomfortable to make use of the facilities if one is not prepared.
Location, nice historical building, staff....
A bit pricey
It was in a good location, close to downtown with a beautiful view of the parliament building.
They lock the doors after 11, and you have to call a phone number to have them open them even with your keys and fob. Unfortunate if you are visiting out of country and your phone service doesn’t work. Also, no free breakfast, which we didn’t expect. You have to pay and it’s a la carte. Strict dress code if you want to use any of the common areas
Great location. Interesting space. Comfortable rooms and a cool rooftop patio
We always enjoy our stay, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Great restaurants in the area. Convenient parking provided.

Complimentary tea and great hot water and very clean room
There’s no kettle in the room so a bit hassle to go back down to lobby to fetch hot water
Historical preservation of all surroundings.

The reading room in the morning was so great. 20 foot ceiling and really peaceful.
Eating at the club restaurant is also affordable and so was alcohol with dinner.
The helpful staff, the cozy bar, the wonderful breakfast, the historical building - an absolute pleasure to spend an anniversary,.
Welcoming staff and early entry was made available for our room. Beautiful view of the harbour from our room. Breakfast was huge and good value. The reading room is large and relaxing. Just a perfect stay.
Of particular note, the staff was extremely helpful when we unexpectedly had a family emergency. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends.
