Excellent hospitality
Pros:

We stayed 5 nights, the staff made us feelwelcome and made our stay very comfortable, they went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Special thanks to Andrew, Prya, Dinesh, Arun and the girls from the spa. We will definitely come again when we visit Chennai.
