Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, with a great choice of dishes. Great bed, comfortable and spacious, in a well thought out bedroom, designed for the traveller.
All staff throughout were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Using the ipad for the light control took a bit of working out.
And I really did not like the huge window between the bedroom and bathroom

Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Honestly I was positively shocked by literally every aspect of this hotel. Because our room was not ready when we came (had to wait only 10 minutes), we were served complimentary tea and cookies, staff was exceptionally polite and kind. Since we stayed in the hotel for about 12 hours only, they helped us with extra fast laundry service which is normally not possible, but they went beyond. Room is super luxurious, comfortable, silent, everything is manageable via tablet in the room (lights, curtains, even ordering the room service). Cherry on the top was when we received an evening call offering us a hot beverage and we could choose between hot chocolate or tumeric latte.

Cons:

Honestly, I liked everything. Will definitely come again.

Die Lsge und das Ambiente.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Komplett überfrachtet mit Technik, die man nicht versteht. Beispiel: Der Bildschirm läuft sofort und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Ich hatte 2 Optionen, mit dem Hammer oder das Hotelpersonal rufen, was ich tat. Es gibt noch mehr ähnliche Beispiele. Wer technisches Abenteuer liebt, für den ist das Hotel perfekt.

Great hotel for Chennai airport
Pros:

We booked this as an overnight stay between flights owing to proximity to the airport.
Everything about this airport hotel exceeded our expectations - courtesy shuttle, prompt check in, swimming pool and spa facility.
Excellent size room, soundproofed well and really comfortable bed for good sleep before very early departure with prompt airport transfer.
Definitely recommend.
