An excellent stay from start to finish, offering comfort, outstanding service and great value for money!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made a real difference to our experience.

From the very beginning, everything was seamless. A hotel representative was already at the airport to greet us, making our arrival completely stress-free.

The meals at the hotel were excellent, with a wide and diverse selection. There was truly something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and taxis to the city are easily available without any hassle.

Location is good for convenience to airport, but further from city center. Restaurants on site could have been better. Cocktails in the restaurant were disappointing.

Truly excellent
Pros:

The staff were outstanding, helping us with a transport problem in the airport. Someone met us and escorted us through the door as we had been unable to print out our boarding passes. Also, they arranged
disability assistance for us after the airline's deadline. There is a whole new building with a lovely pool on the fifth floor which we enjoyed swimming in while seeing the stars. It is open throughout the night.

Cons:

I would say the food was good, but not outstanding.

Great airport stop
Pros:

We stopped here purely because of the location next to the airport (early flight to Port Blair). It was ideal for this and very well priced. The shuttle to the airport was very efficient. No waiting around or anything. Food and drink prices are quite high in hotel which is standard for this type of stay. Rooms and facilities are excellent

Foarte bun, mi-a plăcut, o să mai revin.
Pros:

Confortul, decorul, serviciile, Hotelul este foarte bine dotat, luxos, grandios. Personalul foarte amabil, ne-au preluat de la aeroport, deși am mers pe jos o distanță semnificativă până la mașina care ne-a dus.

Cons:

Singurul aspect unde mai trebuie lucrat este curățenia. Lenjeria de pat avea urme, nu era foarte curată. Și în cameră nu a fost așa bine făcută curățenia. Am observat că nivelul de curățenie în India e diferit de cel din Europa.
