I had to change my stay the day before I arrived due to a flight change and they accommodated my request kindly. I did not receive a confirmation online, I think it was due to some issue with the booking system. I went to hotel directly and once I explained the situation they were happy to help me

I had a very Bad experience during my stay
I booked 3 rooms for 6 adults but somehow system capture 3 rooms for 4 adults,
During my my check in staff advised i have to pay extra inr.3000 plus GST, finally i paid for no reason z.
Staff were very courteous. Mr.Andrew from Ministry of Chutney restaurant gsve personal attention and took us thru the chutney story. The property is great
There was nothing that we didnt like.
I love this hotel. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are lovely, the view .. a beautiful tree … a sight to behold. The bed was comfy, the sheets crisp and clean, the bathroom well and thoughtfully stocked with scissors, comb, nail clippers and nail file. The little touches really make a difference. The food was good and generous especially the Ice cream
There was only one thing that was not good, but unfortunately it was significant enough to spoil the experience.
I had specifically requested an early check-in because I was leaving again at 2am to catch a flight, which the hotel very generously accommodated. I also requested a quiet room so I could sleep early before travelling.
What started well turned into a nightmare when a very large family returned to their three rooms, one opposite mine, one adjacent, and one diagonally opposite. From then on, it became a constant door-banging fest as family members moved endlessly between rooms while the children turned the corridor into a playground.
There was incessant screaming, running, and repeated knocking on my door before running away. The corridor camera on the room iPad even caught them red-handed. I appreciate that families are enjoying their holiday, but this continued for hours and made sleep impossible.
I did not sleep at all, which made the entire reason for booking the room completely redundant. Honestly, I would probably have arrived at the airport less exhausted had I travelled directly from Tiruvannamalai instead.
I genuinely do not understand the logic of a hotel that does not actively help its guests sleep. The entire purpose of the stay was to rest before a long journey, and unfortunately that became impossible.
