We had a great stay, a little bummed that the hot tub was down but the jacuzzi in our room made up for it.
Pros:

We liked that the entrances were easy to access. Loved that we had a jacuzzi in our room.

Cons:

Pillows were a little too small.

Really lovely place to stay.
Pros:

It’s nice looking, clean with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

We were given 2 bath towels with a king bed room. I’m sure we could’ve asked for more towels but we’re used to having 4 bath towels available.

Be prepared & fix your hot tub!
Cons:

Breakfast very disappointing. Cold coffee which tasted like yesterday’s coffee.
Nothing warm to eat. No protein foods. No fruit.
Sign posted said short staffed. That being said as a guest we are still paying for the amenities posted on your web site.

Gute Unterkunft für 1 bis 2 Nächte.
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, ausreichend Platz. Fridge, TV und WLAN haben waren vorhanden und haben funktioniert. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ausreichend Auswahl. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt neben Hotel.

Cons:

Zimmerzuteilung - einmal mehr Zimmer im Nebengebäude, im oberen Stockwerk erhalten (Booking.com-Buchung???). Korridor schmutzig.

Breakfast was great. Like that you allow pets

Cons:

Room has not been vacuumed well. Crumbs on floor in corners and around table. Frayed fabric on chair, damaged window sill. I shouldn’t have an inferior room because I have a pet. I paid an extra $25 for that so the room should have been cleaner

Very unclean.
Pros:

The location was good. The front desk ladies were very very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was blood smears on the bathroom walls and the shower had hair all over it. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The curtains also had stains all over them. The overall feel of the room was grimy and unclean. I will not return to this location.

Worst stay I have had!!!

Cons:

It was very dirty! The toilet had pee running down the base of it totally gross. They blankets on the bed didn’t look like they get washed first thing I took off! The floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it! The breakfast was nonexistent! They didn’t have an elevator so we had to haul our lauggage up the stairs n we are to old to be doing that but they never said they didn’t have an elevator in there ad!
