Your stay was friendly and helpful and very warm and comfortable in sitting area0
Pros:

The location was convenient for me and the breakfast was very nice. The staffer that took care of breakfast was very helpful, clean and present for everyone's needs.

Cons:

The shower curtain in the bath should be longer or a clear longer curtain inside. It kept blowing out of the bath creating a flood I had to clean up.

breakfast great. shampoo/conditioner already available in shower, bed comfortable

Cons:

1st room heater broke, 2nd room heater worked but was loud/ rattling all night
not enough towels. hot tub out of service (understand maintenance- just a bummer as looking forward to it)

It benefited us well for our reasons for visiting the area.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, nice bed, had refrigerator and microwave, husband liked cable channels, nice breakfast. Helpful staff. The swimming pool and hot tub were out of commission and that was communicated to me a couple days before we arrived and we were given the option of canceling our reservation without penalty. But that was not a concern to us.

Peaceful Stay with a Great Breakfast
Pros:

We had a really nice stay at La Quinta in Bend. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very private, which made the stay feel calm and relaxing. The hotel was also quiet, so it was easy to rest and unwind. We especially loved the breakfast in the morning. The make-your-own waffle station was a great touch, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were delicious. The breakfast area was bright, clean, and a pleasant place to sit and start the day. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Bend.

Will charge you $150.00 for a towel and bleach for a tub...
Pros:

Stayed one night for a friend's birthday day. They charged me $150.00 for a towel and an some extra cleaning to bleach a tub! Looking at their reviews after the fact, looks like they tend to charge locals more because "they treat their hotel roughly" I could have gone across the street and gotten bleach and had the tub clean for less than $10.00. Then when I called to see what this extra charge was for my room the manager was rude and told me good when I said my large party of friends would not be back. Then hung up on me. Seems this hotel would not like locals to stay. I've stayed at multiple hotels all over and never been treated so badly. If your a local stay away!!

Pros:

The location was good for a friend's birthday day. But they charged me $150.00 for my red hair dye in their towel!! $150.00 for a towel I could have bleached white for less than $10.00!!!

Left property before coffee or breakfast was ready. Staff was very friendly. Pet friendly, comfortable room.

Cons:

I prefer a thinner pillow. Small thing ,not a complaint, but would have been nice to have option with all the pillows on the bed. ⁸
