Pros:

The hotel is minutes away from two restaurants - you can walk to either. Very convenient when hungry.

Cons:

The room is on the small side, but I was traveling solo so I didn't need much space.

Meager breakfast. Had to change rooms because first one had no hot water. We were on the third floor and no elevator. My 80yr old husband had a very difficult time managing the stairs. Not a good experience

We were told it’s an old building and sometimes the hot water runs out. There were only a few cars in the parking lot. D
Cons:

No hot water! We reserved a king bed. They switched our room to one with hot water and we had 2 double beds…unacceptable. TV did not work, phone did not work, bedside lamp not working.
