Pros:

Left property before coffee or breakfast was ready. Staff was very friendly. Pet friendly, comfortable room.

Cons:

I prefer a thinner pillow. Small thing ,not a complaint, but would have been nice to have option with all the pillows on the bed. ⁸

Eh... So so.
Pros:

A decent room.

Cons:

Requested a handicap room. Got a room an a floor we had to carry our luggage down a set of stairs. There is no elevator. The room was not a handicap room.
The tub has rust coming from behind the spigot. The robe hook is missing on the tub room door. There is no place to hang towels or clothes. No towel bar.

It was good! Would stay here again, just not with a lot of stuff (no elevator)!

Friendly staff, the area around the hotel was clean, as was the lobby and my room.

Cons:

There is no elevator!
Edit: I didn't make this reservation, my husband made it for me, so I was not able to read on the listing that is no elevator.

No hot water.
Pros:

It was in a central location & had most of what we needed. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

In the morning we wanted to take showers and there was NO hot water. This was pretty bad. I had to heat some water up with the coffee maker and put it in the sink but the plug didn't work so it drained out before I could hear more up.☹️🥴🥺. I want some money credited to me.

Expensive for what it was but that’s ok. The floors were a bit dirty and it smelled of a dog but the staff was friendly and the beds were comfy!

Cons:

The swimming pool was very cold, the jacuzzi sprayed water everywhere and seems broken and ice machine was broken. When this brought to the attention of the manager, he said the pool was hot, the jacuzzi was fine but the ice machine was broken.
