Great Place to Stay and chill out after a long day. Used the business center also and was well taken care off with the teams

We had a great tome at the lounge in KTM. It was a great resting place and our kids enjoyed food and beverages. Sayana was exceptionally helpful and ensured that all our needs were fulfilled.

Everything was just perfect. The service staff Isha took care of us perfectly

Great experience at Radisson hotel. We enjoyed a super fantastic breakfast, with a wide ranging buffet spread. From fresh juices to healthy salads and sprouts, to muesli and cornflakes. From Idli Sambar to Chana Bhatura and non vegetarian sections as well. This is a flawless and extremely well managed hotel with welcoming staff. I definitely would love to stay here the next time I visit Kathmandu and would recommend it to other fellow travellers as well.

First time visit to kathmandu. Very happy with this visit. My stay here in radisson hotel kathmandu was very comfortable and nice. The staff here are very friendly. And it is in the prime location . Near to thamel area

This is a lovely hotel with stellar rooms and lobbies. We stayed several nights, then returned for one night and were in two separate buildings. Both marvelous.
It was very quiet, though located a block from a busy street.
Each of the employees were personable, efficient and catered to us.
Bijay, Sabina, and Gyankaji were my very cheerful and excellent room cleaners.
Breakfasts were grand with kudos to Manita, the tasty omelet maker who was a delight and the restaurant manager (unfortunately, I do not know his name) and the many servers in the dining room. The cafe lattes and Masala chai tea were wonderful and plentiful.
I heartily recommend this hotel!
Bonuses-we ate delicious Indian food for 3+1/2 weeks, the sole exception being the restaurant across the street from the hotel-Piano, Piano, Lazimpat. It was a delicious Italian meal. And-1/2 block away, is a small grocery store.

We were a family attending a Nephew’s wedding in the outskirts of Kathmandu. The hotel Radisson, specifically the Suites, became our home base. The staff in the Restaurant, (big shout out to Manita who commandeered the egg station) and throughout the hotel were delightful. No matter what was happening from getting dressed in our Sari’s, to being presented a glass of water with a smile while we collected the gang together before our next adventure, I was enchanted by each of the personnel. The staff was delightful and very helpful with our questions. The hotel provided a respite from the busy days and nights. I highly recommend considering the hotel. The restaurant’s breakfast with continental delights and new dishes was sublime. The information to explore the city was spot on. The hospitality of the hotel not to be missed.

Excellent stay at Radisson Hotel, Kathmandu. Exceptional staff service and very warm hospitality throughout. The reception team was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with good variety, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

I really love everything about this hotel. The Nepali staff greeted me every morning with Namaste and asked how I was doing with their warm smiles and kind eyes. The room was spotless and clean. The hotel is set off from the main street in Lazimpat so the traffic noise, which can be a bit loud, is not an issue. Very quiet to sleep at night. Each morning at 6am I used their fitness center, which included a locker room with keyed lockers, showers, steam room, jacuzzi and outdoor pool. It is well-maintained and staff are there to assist with everything including handing out clean towels. The pool is not heated but very clean, so my November swim was a refreshing cool one and the view of the city was worth it. Afterwards I had breakfast at their buffet which was overflooring with a variety of dishes from China, Korea, Nepal, India, Europe and America. The first person to greet me was the "egg lady" who dazzled me each morning with an omelet, fried eggs or scrambled eggs. Absolutely delicious. I could walk easily from here to Thamel, Durbar Marq and for the adventurous up to Swayambu. Taxi's wait outside the hotel so you can negotiate a ride which is nice instead of standing in the busy street trying to flag one down. This is one of the older hotels in Kathmandu and they definately have things down to give their customers a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I will definately recommend the hotel to friends and plan on staying here when I return in the near future.

Good hotel. The highlight is Manita the breakfast chef. She is always so happy with a big smile and quickly makes friends with all the guests and her omelettes are THE BEST in the world. If you travel all the way to Kathmandu just to meet her and her omelettes at this establishment it will be a worthwhile trip.

Great buffet, Manita the breakfast cook made excellent omelets. She was always cheerful and remembered everyone's orders and never overwhelmed by the press of people. Buffet has broad selection of Nepalese and Western foods. Staff is very courteous and promptly met our requests.

The Radisson is located close to the main tourist sites, and is a very good hotel with excellent value for money.

I would strongly recommend improving your check-in procedures, as the process took quite a long time. It would also be helpful to allow a few hours of flexibility for check-out in case of flight delays. Access to the business lounge should be included for guests staying in business rooms. Please also consider offering airport pickup as an option in online bookings and providing a daily food basket.
