Pros:

Location is awesome, bedrooms are well equipped and nice clean white sheets and towels

Cons:

When we arrived there was no water, I called ahead to ask for two single beds, when we arrived this wasn't done

I’ll never stay at Protea Knysna again.
Pros:

Location. Very clean.

Cons:

Lifts didn’t work. My stepdad with a walking stick had to climb the stairs to the first floor despite me asking in advice for a ground floor room - my message was unanswered.

When we arrived they offered to “discount the parking” for the inconvenience, which was R90 for a 3 night stay on a R18,000 booking. What a joke.

Then the aircon didn’t work in the room, I reported it, it wasn’t fixed. No heating. Very cold in the room.

The least impressive part was checking out of the hotel and being asked to pay the R90 for the parking.

A wonderful short break - would definitely come back.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Due to the weather we did not use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. The breakfast assortment was great and the food was good.

Cons:

The room looked out over the next door market, when opening the door there were cigarettes and filth in the gutter outside.

Un très bon hôtel Marriot
Pros:

Très belle vue sur la marina.
Petit déjeuner buffet parfait.
Architecture moderne de l'hôtel très esthétique.
Parking très commode (mais payant : 30 ZAR = 1,5 €)
Très proche de divers restaurants et d'une zone commerciale

Cons:

Un très grand lit plutôt que deux grands lits séparés aurait ete bienvenu.
