Ideal location and friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was very good - the staff were excellent and even remembered our coffee orders.

Muito bem localizado, estando dentro do Waterfront de Knysna. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos e o quarto era muito confortável, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e muito bom.

Cons:

Os dois elevadores do hotel não estavam funcionando, o que gerou dificuldades tanto para os hóspedes quanto para o funcionário responsável pelo serviço de bagagem, especialmente no transporte das malas até os andares superiores.

I booked a king room, but two twin beds, pushed together with two single quilts was what was waiting!! They then changed the quilts to a double and put a double mattress protector over the single beds. They knew I was coming. Too many tours
