Good tourist hotel with great service in perfect position
Pros:

Lovely, clean room overlooking lagoon. Staff very helpful. Position and car parking really make it exceptional

Cons:

Elevator not working and clearly that was along standing problem. Should be promptly solved (few days at most) in such a large, good hotel. Very unfair on staff. Bread and pastries (quality and variety) could be improved at breakfast. Egg bar brilliant

Er waren twee liften in het hotel die beiden niet werken!!!!
Één van ons kon geen trap lopen, maar er was volgens hen geen kamer meer beneden. Ook hier hadden we onze vraagtekens bij. Die kamers waren nl. duurder. Ondanks dat artsen het afraden, toch maar naar boven gestrompeld 😡
Dit was zeker niet iets van de laatste dagen. Het leek erop dat al erg lang buiten dienst waren. (Er hing geplastificeerd A4 op beide liften, dit doe je niet voor 1 of 2 dagen. Toen wij 3 dagen later weer weg gingen was er niets verbeterd.

Wij hebben al regelmatig één of meerdere kamers hier gehad, maar we zullen op zoek moeten naar een vervangend hotel in Knysna.

First class as always. Clean and with very friendly helpful staff.
