Recommended great value in Annecy - just watch the AC need.
Pros:

Exceptional staff for friendliness and being helpful. Great casual shared space to hang out, work, play games. Super for family and even our dogs were welcome. Nice open restaurant with good breakfast — all at a great value.

Cons:

The location is mediocre, not is the best part of town. Just be prepared to walk 1km to get to the lake or good shopping areas. On comfort, even though it was April, my family loved the rooms and beds, but unfortunately there was no AC or room fan system operating and it was too warm to sleep well. Staff said AC is only in summer. So we would come back but maybe not unless AC is confirmed to be activated.

Merveilleux séjour
Pros:

Bel assortiment pour le petit déjeuner et de bonne qualité. Agréable de pouvoir se garer à l'établissement

Cons:

Place de parc plutôt serrée et difficile d'accès, nous apprécions de ce fait, notre voiture de petite taille.

Top Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp in Annecy und wenigen Gehminuten zur schönen Altstadt. Saubere, moderne, ruhige Zimmer mit guten Betten. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était très bien et déjeuner copieux et très bon. Dans la chambre, manque un petit frigo qui aurait été bien utile.

Cool design and friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the decor and breakfast options. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The weather was very warm but the air con didn’t switch to cooling so room very hot. The maintenance team weren’t able to fix this. Windows only opened a tiny bit so difficult to sleep.
