In a few words i truly recommend this place, it’s 5 minutes to the gare/bus station and around 14 minutes to the old
Pros:

The property, the location, the staff were very good. The breakfast wasn’t for me, there are a lot of pastry, sweets, a few eggs, meat and no vegetables, for someone who is eating healthy it s a little bit hard.
I definitely will come back here.

Cons:

I don’t have a problem with the fact they are receiving people who has dogs, but I had one next to our room which was burking only when we get in, but the one above us was running all night in the room and I woke up every night because of the noises and I couldn’t sleep anymore for 2-3 nights, but if you had a similar problem you can talk to the reception people and they told me they can fix it.
I didn’t do it at the right time, because i try not to make a problem, but staying 5 nights that noises became a problem.

Good stay overall with a great staff.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Spoke both French and English; went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit to Anncey.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Air conditioning.
Coffee/espresso/latte/cappuccino complimentary for 10:30 am-7 pm daily in lobby. Welcome beverages.
Branding has a fun atmosphere.
Meets basic needs expectations consistently.
Great for short stays.

Cons:

Location is a little further from old town.
But walkable.
Hallway colors could be brighter.

si je dois recommander un hotel sur Annecy ce serait bien le votre
Pros:

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement qui n'était pas loin des restaurants et de la gare ferroviaire.Le service du petit déjeuner,l'acceuil chaleureux lors du check in et durant tout le séjour.

Cons:

L'étendoir a l'entrée de la chambre n'est pas assez large donc limité pour suspendre nos vetements.Mis a part cela pas de soucis pour le reste.

Nous avons passé un très joli séjour.
Pros:

C’était parfait, très joli hôtel. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de mini-bar dans les chambres. Fonctionnement de la climatisation pas évident à utiliser. Terrasse un peu petite. Dommage qu’on n’ait pas pu mettre notre voiture dans le garage de l’hôtel.

Great Location
Pros:

Perfectly located hotel close to the train station and old town. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. Good value for money considering how close we were to everything.

Cons:

Only thing missing from Moxy hotels is tea and coffee in the room!

Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas exceptionnel on peut s'attendre à mieux pour le prix mais Annecy est très cher

Way overpriced, more like a hostel than hotel.

Cons:

There was a smell of sewers coming up from the garage and this continued up through the lift shaft. The lift interior was in bad condition, the afternoon/evening staff seemed way too junior for the role.
