La gentilezza del personale (in particolare Acmet, spero si scriva cosi, il ragazzo di origini turche conosciuto alla colazione ma anche i ragazzi della reception e le signore delle pulizie)

La moquette dei corridoi..
In generale si percepisce un gap tra la hall (molto moderna e rinnovata) e i piani delle camere, piu anni 90

Stayed here 11 years ago, and this stay was no different. Great staff and friendly atmosphere. A luxurious feel in all ways but at an affordable price. Fabulous breakfast with everything you could wish for. Our deluxe en suite room was very clean and up together, and the hotel is in a superb position for discovering Rome. Thoroughly recommended.
