Pros:

Bed was comfortable and showers was very good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Not the cleanest place I have stayed. The lift in the hotel has an odour and there was no duvet covers put on the bed. There was a lot of noise from reception during the night. The room was a cosy size

Need to update pictures of the property and better communicate expectations.

It was a very nice stay. Ramona made my last day!

It was cozy. Ramona at the reception and the manager were exceptionally helpful.

Pros:

La posizione ottima e vicina al centro la camera silenziosa e la colazione buona ed abbondante

Cons:

Ci sono pochi posti dove sedersi per fare colazione gli altri posti sono scomodi perché lontani dal buffet o vicini alle porte di ingresso che venivano aperte in continuazione e di conseguenza entrava sempre il freddo. La stanza assegnata pur se pulita e spaziosa aveva purtroppo un odore di chiuso e di umidità.

Pros:

room was clear and always in order when I come back, there was great choice at the breakfast room even if it was a bit small and the staff was absolutely nice and gentle.

Cons:

Sadly second day the coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken, but the staff was still absolutely gentle and provided us with some quality espresso.

Nieadekwatna cena do jakości, bardzo głośny serwis od 7 rano, brak działającego ogrzewania

Dobra lokalizacja, recepcjonista młody z nocnej zmiany bardzo miły i pomocny

- hotel bardzo stary, częściowo odnowiony ale balkon i okiennice obdrapane i rozsypujące si
- ogrzewanie nie działa, był pan z obsługi i nie mógł włączyć, dał nam dodatkowe kołdry
- czystość w łazience okej ale kabina z zewnątrz cała w białych zaciekach
- najgorsze, że od 7:30 panie sprzątające były bardzo głośne, uderzały sprzętami w drzwi, pokój był obok szafy ze środkami czystości która co chwilę trzaskały drzwi - dramat !!
- ściany bardzo cienkie jak z kartonu
- jeśli doba hotelowa jest do godziny 11.00 to goście powinni mieć możliwość wyspania się więc panie sprzątające powinny być możliwie cicho jeśli chcą zacząć pracę o 7 rano !
- w pokojach nie ma czajnika, śniadanie do 9:30 więc jak nie zdążysz to nawet herbaty się nie napijesz bo nie ma restauracji tylko pomieszczenie w którym jest kilka stołów i tam podają śniadanie (wygląda jak stołówka w tanim hostelu)
- ogólnie standard 3* i to się zgadza ale cena zdecydowanie za wysoka !! Koszt powinien być maksymalnie 50-80€
- pan w okularach na recepcji (łysy) bardzo nie przyjemny i protekcjonalny

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal, es wurde auch ein Extra-Wunsch erfüllt. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Bologna Centrale, von dort wiederum nur wenige Minuten zum Flughafen mit MarconiExpress, besser gehts nicht!
