Pros:

We didn't get breakfast.

Cons:

When you first enter the building it smells like sewer, so that's a little concerning. There was also a glob of something crusty and gross on one of the bedskirts.

My room was upgraded for a small fee and it was amazing. I loved the big space and the room was very clean and quiet. The location was absolutly perfect since I had to be at the Statehouse early. The Valets were very nice and went above and beyond to take care of my luggage while I attended a meeting on the day of checkout.

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room never got really cool. I turned it down to 65 and I woke up in the middle of the night sweating profusely. Also, the hallways were muggy feeling and had a bit of a musky smell like there has been water damage.

The common areas in hotel were clean and location was great. Our specific room was not cleaned well.
Pros:

The location was the best part of the stay. It was nice being downtown and walking distance to structures and places to eat. Pool was small but nice and clean. Gym was also nice and clean.

Cons:

Rooms are somewhat dated and not kept up well (stains on curtains, marks on walls, holes in recliner/sofa, marks on furniture). The biggest negative is that I don’t think the room was cleaned well - there was hair in the shower and brownish dried liquid on side of toilet. Also had a couple towels with what looked like makeup on them.

Generous-sized room. 18th floor was quiet. We did not use the gym, but it looked well equipped. Excellent location

The bed was soft. Not terrible, but we would have liked more back support.

Loved the location (except getting around to check in with the construction)
Was a nice hotel, loved the double Queen suite- very roomy

Cons:

Room was not throughly cleaned. Found toys from previous guests under night stand. Lots of finger prints and smudge marks as is things hadn’t been wiped down well, etc.
