The exterior of the building looked great, but once you stepped inside, it was very dirty and tired looking, Floors were dirty, carpets, I don't think they have been cleaned since new?? TV had no signal, and clerk said, just keep clicking till you find a Chanel that works 🤔. That wasn't a good answer in my opinion. Toilets were at the height for a toddler. Rooms in general were Very unclean, and for non smoking room, someone has obviously been smoking, Ice machines either not working or absent on floors, writing on elevator walls. Thought for a Wyndham location, it is very poorly represented.

Cons:

Front desk refused to help when our A.C. went out. My husband cut his leg on the side of the bed, front desk was rude when addressed. I also tried calling the front desk who just acted like they couldn't hear me (although it has to show a room has called for a reason) did they call back? No. They acted like we were criminals because our home was being fogged so we stayed in this hotel a town over. So I assume they thought even though we are 47 we were there to party.

Horrible, thieves, cons you out of money and the nastiest hotel I’ve ever set foot in!

This hotel is trying to scam us out of money when I did not stay here. I checked in, saw the condition of the room and turned right back around to stay at a different hotel. There was bugs, blood stained sheets, bed unchanged, Bodily white fluids everywhere, broken dripping bathtub, No drain, The room that connects to your room lock was broken, curtains torn, so bad the front desk worker even said these workers aren’t cleaning anything and she wants to quit. This hotel was a literal nightmare! The ratings are 100% fake, this hotel would be a -0 if I could rate that low.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Close to travel.

Cons:

Door to room, was hard to open. Then once in room, did not want to latch. Had to slam and then use the lock at the top of the door.
The bathroom shower area was falling apart, walls around were in need of desperate repair.
The eggs were cold.
