Highly disappointed in the maintenance and care of the facility.
Pros:

I looked at what was available for breakfast and decided to eat at a local restaurant. The facility itself was not to a high cleaning standards and there was an odor throughout the facility and room. The bed on the other hand was very comfortable and was able to get a good night sleep.

Cons:

Carpet and bathroom floor needed a long past due cleaning. Walking on carpet with bare feet, the souls of my feet were extremely filthy due to the dirt on the carpet floor. Also, the bathroom floor needed a good mopping. They were also areas in the room that needed fresh paint and patching.

I slept in a bed while everything else was misconfigured with no blocked out light from outside.
Pros:

Breakfast was only a meat sauce no meat like bacon, etc.

Cons:

Better breakfast, the room was misconfigured the tv was in the upper end with the couch on the lower end. Even the toilet paper roll was on the opposite wall than the commode. I have never seen this in any motel I have stayed in. The curtains could not block out the light.

Sleeping in your car is almost an upgrade

Cons:

This property canceled a follow up stay we had with them and has made it incredibly difficult to get a refund. They do not seem at all friendly to their guests and prioritize just getting money from them rather than giving them a pleasant stay.

Was a very comfortable rest point during an extended-drive trip.

Very friendly despite late, after-hours arrival. Comfortably soft beds. Reasonable continental breakfast.

Pros:

They need to let booking know they do not rent out to locals

Cons:

They took my money and I didn’t know they rent to locals until i got dropped off sitting out there with no ride and didn’t know when my money was go get refunded
