Приехали в отель вечером. Вошли в комнату и сразу заметили, что в комнате холодней, чем в коридоре. Попытались сами прибавить температуру или хотя бы выключить кондиционер. Без результата. Холодный пронизывающий насквозь ветер от кондиционера невозможно было терпеть. Позвонили на рецепшион. После долгих переговоров и вопросов пришла сотрудница. Попыталась прибавить температуру или выключить кондиционер. У нее тоже не получилось. Согласилась с тем, что очень холодно и предложила дополнительное одеяло. Предложение показалось странным. В ответ мы ей предложили поменять номер на другой, с нормально работающим кондиционером или хотя бы совсем без него. Ответила, что свободных номеров нет. Это показалось странным, находится в номере было невозможно. Мы решили сменить отель и попросили вернуть деньги. Только после этого сотрудница вызвала менеджера. Ей мы уже показали, что номера свободные в отеле есть и при ней готовы были забронировать и оплатить другой номер. Нам действительно показали другой номер, но он был совмещенный и в соседней комнате слышно было громко кричащих детей. Мы отказались блт такого щедрого предложения, так как у самих пятеро детей и родители нас отправили в отпуск для того чтобы сменить обстановку. Закончился данный этап приключений тем, что менеджер каким то образом в коридоре кондиционер отключила и мы счастливые заснули под двумя одеялами. В два часа ночи кондиционер опять включился и задул холодный пронизывающий насквозь даже через одеяла воздух. Произошло очередное чудо. Позвонил на рецепшион и они наконец то предложили номер просторней, в который мы с чувством того, что есть в жизни и счастливые моменты переселились. Все хорошо, что хорошо заканчивается, но неужели в школе не учат, что обманывать не хорошо. Номер с неисправным кондиционером можно было бы обменять сразу и не издеваться над усталыми путешественниками.

Super bra hotel trots frukost incident. Toppen läge, rätt centralt. Väl rekommenderad!👌

Frukosten var bra men visa personal var oartiga. Betalade hotell med frukost och receptionen missade registrera. 3 dagar i rad avvisade dem mig nästan till frukosten pga. miss kommunikation intern de hade. En dag var mådde jag inte bra och stannade i rummet. Min man tänkte ta med sig 2 mini croissanter till mig. Personalen såg det och sa man får inte ta med sig dem och måste lämna tillbaka dem. Inte OK eftersom vi alla har ju betalat för frukosten?
