the chinese lady who refused to admit one kid and started to call reception asking how many people staying and kids not covered etc when we stayed for 5 days and no one complained.it destroyed ibis image in single shot

Fabulous. Convenient. All the comforts at a reasonable price. The staff go out of their way .
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the dinner at The restaurant was awesome. The chicken is amazing and the staff were caring and professional . It was my birthday and the staff at the restaurant made it special.

Cons:

I don't really like the self checking in, it's a little impersonal.

It was a pleasant stay! 💯💶
Pros:

We like the friendly staff- Richmond, Bella and Isabelle. The housekeeping was very efficient as well.

Cons:

The shower enclosure in one of our rooms is malfunctioning.
