Staff were very welcoming at check in and helpful.
Loved Mee So downstairs. I had a fabulous meal and enjoyed the specials. Great atmosphere and well designed. Bar staff fabulous too.
Ironing board collapsed on me as it was broken! Possible that it wasn’t reported to the team.
Accessible room was allocated which had no vanity as such which was disappointing.

Big room and comfy bed
Very noisy and little privacy - I could hear everything outside my room, including every time someone walked by or opened/closed their door, which also meant they could hear me. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. First day, nothing was cleaned. Second day, they cleaned, but took away my smaller towels and did not replace them. Was also woken up three times in the middle of the night due to fire alarm, but there was no emergency. They advertised a kitchenette, but there was just a sink and mini-fridge with no microwave, stove or anything to heat/cook food. With how much I paid, this was very disappointing. Next time, I will stick to hostels for much better value.
