Breakfast buffet was good, adequate range of fresh foods and drinks. The location of the hotel was great and central to everything we wanted to get to.

Cons:

room 602 - telephone to reception did not work; no room service 2nd day despite hanging the please service my room door hanger out; very small window & room for price.

The hotel is very well located in Sydney, right in the city center, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the area.
The room is clean and well equipped, with air conditioning, a smart TV, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a mini fridge, a kettle, and some basic dishes. The bathroom is also well stocked, with bath towels, shower gel, and shampoo provided.
In addition, the hotel offers room service, an on-site restaurant called Meeso, and breakfast options, making the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Pleasant staff; nice onsite bar and restaurant; convenient location
Pros:

Big room, but no style. Big comfortable bed. Wide selection for breakfast, but hot dishes at hot at starting time of 6.30am.
Bar staff pleasant; good price for margaritas.
Hose cleaning staff very obliging.

Cons:

The shower recesses are a falls hazard for anyone over 70. The bathrooms are small and the toilet located in an awkward position.
