Great location, not the largest or most luscious space but great value and very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Onsite restaurant is a bonus and the 15% voucher was useful. Not my first visit and won’t be my last.

Quick check in process, super easy. Beautiful spacious room and comfortable bed. Had a great stay.
The flat sheets on the bed were not comfortable to have as they kept falling off. Doona covers would be better.
Room service was good, restaurant downstairs was convenient
Parking is pretty much a joke. Staff did not clarify how to get the $35 per 24-hour park voucher so we had to pay $98 for less than half a day. Did not just make a parking mistake once but twice as they forgot to give me another voucher ticket and asked us to go back all the way to the hotel from the carpark. In short, they stuffed up our parking voucher twice and did not even try to reimburse when it was their fault.
The location was fantastic. It was close proximity to Museum train station. The room was comfortable and very reasonably priced. Breaky was great and service great.

There are mosquito inside the room and hidden rebind the curtains. House keeping must need to spray the room during cleaning the room.

* booked a room for an adult and 2 children on booking.com and took the best deal. On arrival, we only had 1 extra large double bed meaning myself and kids had to share a bed. I was not expecting this

Rooms are compact but clean. Location is close to Oxford street and a 15 minute stroll to Pitt street Mall. Hyde Park is also nearby as is the museum.
