Dionne was amazing! She made check-in quick and easy and was so friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed here for a few days every year for the past six years, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant serves amazing food, and the hotel is an excellent value. I always look forward to coming back and highly recommend staying here!
I didn't realize the hotel chain was part of Cleveland Clinic section .
The staff was sparse, but helpful.
Great experience! Awesome place. Everyone that I came into contact with was kind and helpful, from the front desk to valet parking, maintenance, to maid services. The rooms were clean and beds were perfect to sleep on. One of the best sleeps I had in a long time. This hotel had a great feel to it. I will be back!
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful customer service!
Used the hotel because of the convenience to Cleveland Clinic, I think the rates are ridiculous and gouge families that need to be with loved ones during difficult times. The hotel and staff were great.
Very nice; the bedding was fresh and the room very clean. All staff members were very helpful.
Very comfortable bed. Clean an friendly staff
Front desk service excellent. Dinning choices fantastic. Employees happy and upbeat..
Only stayed overnight but it was a welcoming experience from the entire staff
Breakfast was yummy.
Larger trash cans. Blanket on bed, not comforter.
The overall stay was great! The front desk staff was very personable and helpful. The room was nice and cool. My only critique would be housekeeping and the loud construction. We allowed housekeeping to refresh our room 1 day during our stay. While they refreshed the towels and remade the beds, they left trash and dishes we had left on the dining table. Construction is what it is and will almost always be loud, it was just happening in the room directly above us and they like to start early.
Great stay overall and I would 100% stay there again
We were on the newly renovated 7th floor. It was nicely appointed and clean. The air conditioning was pretty quiet, thankfully. Having the C2 restaurant available for snacks and meals was a nice convenience and the staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Our one complaint / irritation was the viewing options on the in-room TV's. I won't go into too much detail here because I overheard a handful of other guests complain about it too, so I anticipate that the hotel's management will likely address that in due course. Thank you for the overall very nice experience.
Very convenient location for visit to Cleveland Clinic. The roof was recently remodeled and was beautiful! Very spacious.
My wife and I stayed at the hotel because of my appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel was very close to the clinic and there were shuttles provided every 15 minutes. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. It met all of our needs. With in and out valet parking, we could easily go from our hotel to the attractions and dinner throughout the downtown area (don't miss the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame).
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was great
Great people. Very accommodating. Thank you for the tips for the area!
I really enjoyed the hotel and the room was really great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I do have a few comments that are slightly negative.
1) I had asked for an Ability room on the first floor, but the room I got was on the sixth floor and I didn’t ask for a change.
2) The thermostat did not work at all and it was going to be a cool night. My husband gets very cold at night so I had wanted to be able to turn the temperature up if needed. I called and an engineer came and checked it out but wasn’t able to anything and suggested I could call the front desk and change rooms. I did not want to do this and luckily it didn’t get too cold.
3) Also, the lights in the bathroom either weren’t working or were very hard to figure out. Sometimes they would come on automatically but not go off when we left the bathroom. So we didn’t know whether to manually turn them off. We tried various ways and never figured it out. I also asked the engineer if he knew how to work those lights and he couldn’t figure them out either.
I did appreciate the 2:00 check out time. We had appointments at Cleveland Clinic and were able to come back to our room to rest in between appointments. We also didn’t have to carry our belongings with us to our earlier appointments. We didn’t have a car to leave them in.
All in all it was very pleasant.
My suite was very clean, comfortable and was well appointed with everything I needed. The staff, from Valets, to front desk to bartenders and waitresses to the manager were all very pleasant, accommodating, and friendly. I would 100% stay here again!
his hotel is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you are going to be visiting the Cleveland Clinic. There's a shuttle that travels between the local hotels and the main campus that is free of charge. The staff is outstanding and is always a bright spot in our regular visits. They placed us in one of their newly remodeled suites, which was beautiful. Our only concerns are that the lighting could be brighter, and the refrigerator does not have a freezer. The staff are amazing and provide excellent customer service
I will definitely stay again if the need arises. We were in Cleveland for a couple of days my Dad's surgery. The suite was everything we needed for this trip. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The shower proucts/lotions have an earthy scent for a calming effect. We ordered room service after a long day at the hospital. It came in a timely manner and the food was very tasty. The valet team was friendly and very efficient. The young man with caramel colored glasses who was there to provide assistance in the lobby was my favorite interaction of the trip. His smile and friendly demeanor along with the light hearted conversation we had put me at ease after an exhausting day. He jumped in and folded my Dad's wheel chair and loaded it into my car. I was grateful for support we received with this visit. The entire staff made everything easy. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
