Front desk and concierge are most efficient and helpful. Very good coffee and hot chocolate in Lobby were most appreciated. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Quiet.
Dining room and personnel very good.
However, we normally have juice, coffee and and English muffin for breakfast. To charge us for a full breakfast is poor value. Dinner prices are fine.

This InterContinental is a bit unique compared to what you might typically expect from the brand. Given its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic, the overall atmosphere doesn’t quite have the traditional high-end feel usually associated with an InterContinental property. That said, the experience was still very positive.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, the restaurant food was surprisingly very good, and the hotel staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. While the environment may not live up to classic InterContinental standards, the quality of service, cleanliness, and dining more than made up for it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for anyone needing to stay in the area.

From the front desk to the valet service everyone was helpful and polite. We had a king suite and appreciated the extra space, the bed was extremely comfortable and all was very clean. The one complaint was the shower was not very hot, really only warm, so that was disappointing. But over all, very happy and will stay there again.

The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly. The staff is very professional from the Front desk Staff, Restaurant staff and housekeeping everybody was very nice and professional I can not wait to stay there again!

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Conveniently located to Cleveland Clinic. Shuttle was very handy due to the weather. Will stay here again

My reservation is 1/24/26 with a cancellation deadline of 1/22/26. On that date I received an email from my airline to reschedule for free due to the Winter Storm Fern causing drastic travel disruptions and arctic conditions in Cleveland. The hotel front desk was inflexible in allowing me to reschedule my stay, I am losing my one night charge. There is complete lack of empathy or sympathy from the staff and management. Will NOT stay there when rescheduled.

The location of the Suites Hotel Just 2 blocks from the main entrance of main campus is a great location. Having a room here was not very expensive relatively speaking and worth every penny! Having a family member in a stressful surgery is hard, but having a place to go that is so close you can be back at the hospital in a matter of a 10 minute walk was priceless. The room was spacious, well taken care of and quiet. It made a stressful time a little less stressful.

Nice hotel and staff. I did have one issue with my room that was discussed with Ron at the front desk that was not taken care of.

It was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of space. The teens even commented that this was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in.

Our stay here has been a pleasant experience! It's very close to the hospital as well. The layout of our room was very nice... 2 full size beds with the optional fold out one in the next room. Both rooms are spacious with easy access to the bathroom from either room. Great water pressure in the shower as well! The refrigerator is a bit small, but does it's job. A minor rant. The food you can order in the restaurant is absolutely great. A bit pricey, but the steaks were worth every penny! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I wanted to recognize Taja and Chris at the front desk are the best! I think they deserve raises! They are definitely an asset to the company, and I hope they will be recognized for their great work!

All was well with the hotel but had an issue with our vehicle getting vandalized while on hotel property. Sadly, ruined our stay...

We stayed due to medical services at Cleveland Clinic. Chose the king suite. Room was large plenty of room with amenities. Very clean and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet was lacking with cold food. Dinner was much better. The hotel is definitely dated but clean. There was only one USB charging station that I could find so beware of bringing a plug for electronics.

Very quiet hotel, great service! Extremely convenient for Cleveland Clinic patrons, If you or a family member are patients at The Clinic,this hotel removes all stress of arriving, and travel.

The Hotel and rooms were beyond expectations. The hotel staff was Amazing. I will absolutely be back for more relaxing staycations in the future!!!
