Cons:

Horrible el hotel pero sobre todo horrible el trato del señor mayor de recepción.
La habitación estaba sucia, la puerta del baño no cerraba y el baño era un asco por donde lo mires.
Me trataron súper mal, me cobraron más de lo que decía en booking. Jamás volvería, fue el peor hotel que fui!

El hotel es antiguo, se nota deteriorado, hay ciertos equipamientos que fallan y no los arreglan como teléfono, secador de pelo, los surtidores de los baños pierden, las almohadas incómodas. La ubicación si bien es buena, es muy ruidoso el hotel, se escuchan todo el tránsito y demás.
No tiene relación con el precio. Es notable que es un hotel donde no están haciendo los mantenimientos que corresponden.

No me parece que sea 4 estrellas, no tiene ni frigobar, el restaurante cerrado, si queres tomar un agua tenes que ir a buscar un kiosco en los alrededores. No andaba bien la cerradura, ni la caja fuerte. No tenía aire acondicionado

Foi complicado, parece que estava num local que tinha nojo, e estava louco para voltar pra casa. E nao é esse sentimento

Eu gostei da localizacao e do pessoal que trabalha la. Eu achei que pelo menos prestam o servico. Pedi para mudar de quarto quabdo cheguei , pois o quarto que estava, estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo. E o pessoal me deu suporte para trocar de quarto.

Eu nao gostei dos quartos, achei bem diferente do q esta nas fotos do booking. Nao acho fiel a nota que o hotel tem no booking. Cafe da manha muito fraco, pao duro, poucas opcoes. Achei muito sujo as coisas no quarto, coberto estava sujo, toalha suja, banheiro sujo, cabelos espalhados na cama. E como eu disse no comentario anterios. Logo que eu cheguei, tive que trocar de quarto, pois estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo. Pra quem è alergico como eu, ja comecou sentir o nariz.

El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Conozco al hotel de muchos años atrás, esta totalmente desmejorado, parece una pensión, gente que baja al lobby de pantuflas, lamentable. Las instalaciones son las mismas de hace 15 años, nada renovado.
