Cons:

When checking in the staff offered no direction to the room, Very poor communication all around. I noticed the lobby floors looked like a fast food kitchen and did not appear to have been mopped in a long time. The stairwell and hallway had the same trash and stains as what was there when we arrived a week prior. The second floor hallway smelled like a dirty locker room. We opted to use the Do Not Disturb tag for our room and would pick up fresh towels when we returned in the evenings. Two days in a row I was told they were out of bath linens or they were all in the laundry. How does a hotel run out of towels and wash clothes? Breakfast was toaster waffles or bagels with a cereal option or yogurt. The sign on the building said "Under New Management" It should have said "Under Poor Management"

We would have stayed elsewhere if we knew the pool was under maintenance.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and had a good size to them.

Cons:

The pool was out of commission. That is the main reason we selected this hotel. My daughter’s friend was staying in the same hotel so both families bought bathing suits because the weather called for rain all weekend. It did rain and the pool was under maintenance the whole time.

The accommodations I don’t feel was worth the cost .
Pros:

The staff were accommodating , location was good

Cons:

The toilet in one room didn’t flush but they gave us a different room. And the pool was unfortunately under maintenance ( which was the one highlight my grandkids were looking forward to.

Pros:

We love the location of the hotel for what we do on our mini vacation! The staff is always professional & helpful!

Cons:

The only issue we had was the air conditioner was not working properly in our room but the staff was able to move us to a different room quickly! We had no other issues!

Not much. It was okay but it wasn't worth the money. The rooms were okay but they only gave you two towels and the smallest piece of soap ever. Bathrooms are very small with nowhere to put anything. The hot and cold water we're backwards on the spigot everything just look like it was very old and not very good shape. Rooms are very dark and dingy very little light. Not enough blankets very cold even if you turn the air conditioning down. And it was horrible because we had neighbors upstairs at work loud until 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning. Nothing really for breakfast other than cold items. Overall, not a great experience.

Cons:

The outside of the hotel was run-down and not very inviting. Inside, the hallways and common areas appeared to need a good vacuuming and carpet cleaning. The bathroom in our room had noticeable orange rust stains, which made it feel poorly maintained. The microwave was also in poor condition and either needs a thorough cleaning or should be replaced. Customer service was disappointing as well. I had issues about checkout and never received a response or follow-up from staff. While the location was convenient, I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price per night.

Pros:

Close to highway; good food options surrounding it

Cons:

Bathroom was disgusting. Shower still had hair on the wall. Tub bottom was peeling. Walls were dirty. Toilet and sink looked like they had been caulked by a five-year old. Overall property was very tired and in need of a major refresh.
