Overall kinda dirty poor sevice
The staff was friendly, courteous and always smiling. They were happy to answer questions and offer help. They all seemed like genuinely good people.
The building is an older hotel that is clearly in need of some love and rehab. It appeared that they have been focusing their main efforts on getting their fire alert and suppression system up to code and in proper working order. Sadly this means that some of the other maintenance and repair work has been neglected. For the price of the room I would have expected a bit more. However, I’d think life is more important than aesthetics so spending the money on the fire system makes perfect sense.
The staff seemed friendly, were able to guide us through the building, and gave the proper privacy while we were present.
The building did not seem maintained or ready to be opened. According to the staff, we were their first customers from being closed down. The front desk was not well maintained or look to have an effective processing system. Day one of our stay we had left and came back within ten minutes, and the room seemed as though someone had gone through our items. Once other customers began arriving, multiple times did they assign those customers to the room we are staying in. The rooms seemed cleaned, aside from the bathroom floors. There seemed to be mold throughout the hallways. There was no pool and the gym was not ready for use.

Old infrastructure, mediocre beds, severely overpriced because of some event downtown
The place was dirty, ceiling light just had wires hanging down. No cover on air conditioner. Lock was broken on connecting room, no peep hole(it was covered with a coke label)shower head was leaking, had mold on the wall in the shower. The elevator was out of order.
Room was clean, beds semi-comfortable, but served the purpose for a few days. Very easy to find right off the highway. Staff was friendly. Decent easy to grab breakfast.

Breakfast. could have been better. Pre-cooked waffles and French toast but nothing to top them. No syrup, butter, anything. Juice dispenser didn't work at all. No eggs of any kind. Disappointing.

The staff was very nice and apologetic
We went to this hotel specifically for the pool. We got there as early as possible so my kids could swim for hours. However, after checking in, getting our bathing suits on, and walking to the pool, we discovered a closed sign on the door. The pool did not reopen at all during our stay. It was also not very clean and had a strange smell.
Location wise it was perfect near mall and shops for all your needs. Staff is very nice and friendly. I would stay again when i return especially for the price.
Shower handle inside shower was broken. But the staff did fix it immediately. Hotel looks like it was new renovated and under new management. With a little more renovations it would be perfect .
A/C was a little noisy.
