Excellent fabulous and well worthy of a stay.
Pros:

It is a fabulous venue with beautiful grounds - breakfast was excellent dinner in the bar was very good and all the staff were courteous and helpful

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Vale Resort Stay
Pros:

Rooms were spacious. Liked the swimming pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. All was available to use and included in the price.

Cons:

I would have preferred table service for breakfast

The staff at the restaurant especially Harry was very helpful and attentive.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean modern, nice view from the bedroom

Cons:

My friend is disabled and it was quite a distance to walk from reception for her. There were no porters available to help with the luggage or wheelchairs.
The facilities for a facial and treatments were fully booked. Was not aware of having to book in advance.

Excellent stay, fantastic facilities.
Pros:

We kindly got upgraded and had a fantastic stay, the staff were very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We were able to use several of the excellent facilities as part of our stay, in particular the spa was amazing and had everything to help us relax.

Ok, but expensive for a standard room
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool.

Cons:

Room was clean but for the cost per night I was expecting higher quality. No power shower, bathroom was smelly on arrival but maintenance did come in and sort it. No fridge in room. Room was nice but definitely not 4 star.

The size of the room. The pool was lovely.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel is nice, have everything in one place. Could spend whole day here. Definitely will come again. Will prebook the 3 course meal 24h in advance to get a better deal
