Breakfast was good.
Loved the shower.
We could do more on phone charging ports
Fact that there were no charging ports for the phone
Staff we incredibly kind and helpful food and survive was outstanding
King size bed was 2 single beds put together so fell down the gap. Tv didn’t work
Visited the resort with a group of 16. The hotel spa and staff were good, Breakfast was also very good. However larger groups are given their evening meal in the Club House, which consist of a buffet. The buffet food was average at best. Some of our group decided to each away from the resort as they felt the food was that bad. The worst part of the stay came when I found a golf ball dent in my car bonnet. I had deliberately parked my car at the top of the car park in the hope no one would park next to me. One of our party witnessed the ball fly over the hedge from the driving range. I contacted The Vale who immediately declined responsibility, however they are clearly aware of this problem as the restrict the use of drivers on the range. It's going to cost a minimum of £150 for the repair. Won't be visiting the place again
Absolutely everything it was just perfect stay for the price and excellent breakfast and friendly staff 😁
This was a special offer dinner bed and breakfast Well worth it as a treat. The food was excellent, nice big room and excellent leisure facilities which we used.
Atmosphere, the large bed, breakfast and the sports facilities
None of the EV chargers worked
Bedroom was cold and temperature could only be adjusted by reception
A beautiful setting - the staff are outstanding; so helpful and friendly. One of the gardeners even helped me load equipment in to my car without me asking. Good food and choice at breakfast and dinner, good gym facilities
Breakfast, pool & spa and tennis included when you stay at the hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Beautiful surroundings and nature. Free room upgrade.
Drinks are fairly expensive but probably expected at a large, staple 4 star resort.
The rooms were very comfortable. The food in the grill in the evening was very good and the young man who served us was excellent.
Lunch was very poor. We ordered soup, we waited 50 mins until I asked someone where it was and they said they had lost the order. When it eventually arrived it was like cuppa soup , my husband refused to eat it. In all fairness they did give us the money back. I wouldn’t have lunch in the bar again .
BREAKFAST PARTICULARLY GOOD. VFM FOR SHORT BGREAKS EXCELLENT
HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR DISABLED/SEMI-DISABLED PEOPLE VERY POOR. YOU TELL PEOPLE OFF FOR NOT WEARING SHOES TO BREAKFAST BUT ALL SHOWERS ARE DANGEROUS WITH NO HAND GRIPS OR CHAIRS FOR THOSE WHO NEED TO HOLD A STICK.
