Really enjoyed our mini-break at Vale Resort
Pros:

Very nice hotel and executive room with massive bed! Perfect for a 3 night stay. Every member of staff we spoke to was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first evening which was exceptional, you have amazing chefs, and their breakfasts were also really good.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit hard. Very nice big pool and sauna/steam room/jacuzzi area, but this was extremely busy most evenings, seemed to be mainly groups of young men. Good to see you have a busy health club but groups of men dominating the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi was a bit intimidating. We managed to visit the pool etc. during one day time instead which was a bit quieter, so not all bad.

Good visit
Pros:

Rooms big, comfortable beds, good bathrooms spacious location

Cons:

Choice of pillows as they were hard.
I had a bad knee and couldn’t get into the shower as in a high sided bath. Choice of shower only would have been good.

Pros:

Fabulous place for a getaway. Beautiful location with lots to explore and great facilities. Not too far to drive in and out of Cardiff. Restaurant and bar pleasant. Room and bathroom lovely.
