Adequate facilities but lacking extras to justify price
Pros:

It was a big hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was great and there was ample parking. Room was spacious and bathrooms were good.

Cons:

The bar was too busy and was attracting a rowdy crowd. Tables were hard to find and were dirty. The combining of hotel guests and other visitors (golf, day spa) was an issue. Room was dated, TV was patchy and there were no USB chargers, as well as having high and hard beds. For the price, I expected more and other similar facilities offer better experiences.

We would book again, over all a pleasant stay.

Room was little cooler than we wanted.
And had a really dirty mark on one of the decorative cushions which was on our bed up by our pillows,
I let reception know and they said the room always gets cleaned and changed over , not really a sorry,
almost a attitude of it couldn’t of happened ,
i just wanted them to know for others that stay.

Disappointing spa treatments, rude spa staff.

The bathroom was very clean and shower was very warm temperature with lovely Elemis toiletries

Arrived for spa treatments totalling around £200 I was told that we were late, I booked for 15.00 had a booking confirmation to prove this it was an error there end, no apology just a lot of focus on their next clients. I asked to cancel the treatments was told it would be ok wish I'd of cancelled because it was so rushed 50 minutes of treatment instead of 70. Told we would be shown around, no one came so went to reception to find the therapist and the man from reception talking about us disappointing that there was time to gossip about me but not time to complete the treatment or show us around. Very unprofessional, very rude staff I raised my concern was offered £20 refund I didn't feel this was enough and was basically told rather unsympathetically shall we just process the refund. This experience ruined my stay and ruined my birthday.
Our room smelt of sewerage!
Chairs in the breakfast room were filthy could do with a hoover and a clean, leftover food and stains all over them.

Great time, make sure Scott makes your drinks!!!!!

Went to vale hotel, great experience, Scott made our night with the drinks he served. Great customer service and felt really welcomed as first time in the vale resort.

We had a lovely long weekend here. Service overall was very good. Ameneties were good. Lovely breakfast and good dinner
Pros:

Very clean - cleaners were so nice. Always said hello/good morning etc.
access to the pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpools was nice
Lovely location set back from everything so felt nice and secluded
Requested room with bath which was no issue. Hotel room was very clean and bathroom was lovely, clean and spacious.

Cons:

Spa facilities got very busy. Saturday evening was full of young lads being very loud and boisterous which was quite intimidating as I was in there alone.
