Very nice resort
Had a real retreat feel away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were great. Pool area was lovely, food lovely. Stunning location. Lovely timings to use pool facilities on check in and out day.
Nothing I didnt like but things that were pool area got quite busy and v slippy!! Restaurant quite small. But nothing to spoil the stay at all. Left relaxed and refreshed.

This hotel is part of a large sporting complex. It was extremely clean and comfortable.
Our room was lovely with a wonderful bathroom and nice view over the grounds. The bed was large and very comfortable.
All of the staff we met were professional, friendly and helpful.
The evening meal was great and the buffet style breakfast was excellent. We would suggest booking the evening meal as some people who hadn't booked could not get a table.

Some may find the size of the complex too big if you prefer small, less corporate hotels.

The restaurant. The food was amazing. There is no bad dish in the menu.
Limited breakfast options
The breakfast buffet was good and the afternoon spa very relaxing.
Reception staff slow to allocate our room on check in. Not very welcoming.
Not happy with our room. Our bathroom had footprints on the floor ( which weren’t ours) and my daughter’s room had many dark hairs in the bathroom on arrival.
The noise of fans coming from the bathroom was disturbing.
It was 11.30 when we checked in so too late to change rooms, make a fuss…
We waited for a promised shuttle bus after a wedding party at Hensol castle but none appeared.

Spacious, clean comfortable room. Great breakfast. Great leisure and exercise facilities. Wifi strong and reliable (not especially fast)
Plenty of power sockets in the room but none of them had USB outlets.
