Personnel serviable, très bonne organisation, remontées au pied de l'hôtel, choix impressionnant des plats , seul bémol pour les végétariens !

Pros:

Positives: great location, good food options even for vegetarians, staff in the hotel were very helpful.

Shuttle bus (free) takes you into the main resort coming frequently in both directions.

Ski lift opposite hotel for non beginner skier as it’s a green run.

You can also hire all your ski equipment from the hotel as they have both a ski shore shop and ski lockers /drying rooms for your gear.

Negative: poor communication when booking hotel in the uk and trying to get a response from them for simple things such as help with transfers , ski hires , transport options. I had to get Expedia to email them for me as they didn’t reply . When they did, they replied in French so I used Google translate. But they were not helpful.

Also check in is 5pm is very late and checkout is early 10am.

This is very odd as in person they were all helpful !!

Would happily stay in the hotel again.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
It’s super convenient to have all the facilities under the same roof. Ski hire, lockers, swimming pool, restaurant, pool table, bar and even the ski lift is Less than a minute walk away.
Indoor and outdoor pool is pretty special, the only thing missing is a jacuzzi.
Food and drink at the hotel was always something to look forward to and being all inclusive really helped to keep costs reasonable.
Special mention goes to the hotel staff who were really helpful and friendly.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Superbe expérience
Pros:

Super séjour au sein de cet établissement flambant neuf où juste très bien entretenu, personnel au petit soin, cuisine, animations, boissons de qualité. On ne rechigne pas pour que le client sente bien. Skiset et abonnement ski dans l établissement. Vous n avez besoin de sortir à part pour skier. Je reviendrai et même en famille
