Pleasant staff, good location for our purposes, but housekeeping was non-existent.
Pros:

The room was large and quiet.

Cons:

Despite putting the 'Please make up room' sign on the door early in the morning, we returned late at night to find it hadn't been touched and we had to go to reception to get towels.

Pros:

We enjoyed the location and the staff we very welcoming and helpful

Cons:

We travelled as a group of 6, booked 3 rooms two nights. My room was not cleaned or made up the following morning, they did go into the room and empty the bins. The other two rokms, one bed was done but nothing else, the other one, nothing was done, so disappointing to not have clean towels, no tea or coffee

It was pleasant and the train station was an easy 5 min by car away ride
Pros:

We had breakfast there once it was pretty good

Cons:

The traffic in and around the hotel was always so busy due to a lot of industry nearby

Five-tastic over night stay
Pros:

Good location close to entertainment centre, and offers a shuttle bus service for major events.

Cons:

Rooms on far side of location has no external lighting, was very dangerous walking back to our room at night
