Angenehmes Ambiente und großzügige Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es gab genügend Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer, so dass man sich auch tagsüber gut aufhalten kann, wenn man mal eine Pause braucht. Glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Bei dem nicht ganz seltenen Hamburger Schietwetter wäre es sehr hilfreich, im Bereich des Eingangs Haken für nasse Jacken/Mäntel zu haben, damit man sie nicht in den Schrank hängen muss.

Prachtig pand met mooie kamers in leuke wijk in Hamburg

Prachtig pand, van binnen en van buiten. Kamers zijn origineel en uniek, geen standaard ingerichte hotelkamers (positief bedoeld!)

Nächstes Mal buche ich wieder woanders
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich cool und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Restaurant und Bar sind auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat an sich alles was man braucht, mir hat nur nicht gefallen, dass kein Tageslicht rein kam. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Lobby. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber sehr schön.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass wirklich gefühlt ALLES extra gekostet hat. Das hat den Aufenthalt echt irgw etwas stressig gestaltet.
Parken extra, ok eigentlich normal. Spa Bereich selbst als Gast extra und dann auch noch zeitbegrenzt. (Timeslot rechtzeitig buchen!) Mein Zimmer sah nicht ganz so aus wie auf den Bildern und war leider recht dunkel. Die Mitarbeiter waren teilweise sehr zuvorkommend teilweise aber wirkten sie aber auch sehr kühl und eher genervt. Es gab auf dem Zimmer nicht mal Wasser umsonst. Und die Snacks die dort standen wurden auch extra berechnet. An der Minibar war ein Barcode wo man sehen konnte es kostet extra. Bei den Snacks ist es mir zumindest nicht aufgefallen und die Preise waren natürlich wie in der Apotheke…
Also insgesamt war der Aufenthalt vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider echt zu teuer, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Hamburg, die sogar mehr im Zentrum liegen

Ein schönes Hotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam sie haben auf alle Fragen eine korrekte Antwort. Eine Bushaltestelle in die City ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Restaurant mit Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen ist im Hotel vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind groß und in verschiedenen Stielen eingerichtet.

Cons:

Für Sauna und Wellness muss extra bezahlt werden.
