Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, swimming pool had a great view and was refreshing, the breakfast spread was very nice with a lot of choices. And the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, I would definitely stay here again

This was my 3rd hotel experience in Bangkok and I want to say that I haven't seen more friendlier and helpful staff than at TK. Very helpful, friendly and excellent!
I loved my room too, new, clean and very well decorated. Top notch! I want to add one thing, I live in Japan and each time I travel I miss those lovely washlets, to my surprise this hotel had them!!
Recommended and will definitely stay again!

What an hotel
Pros:

From the moment we got to the hotel we felt and was tret so well a upgrade was so unexpected the food great they even had live music playing while you had your food . Sauna and pool was great pool was cold but still .
The door man was just the best he did everything in his powers to help you . A top hotel and right next to the train station so perfect

参加したいイベント会場から車で10分程度の場所なので選びました。タクシーが無いと少し不便な場所にありますが、部屋も広く毎日綺麗に清掃され朝食のメニューも申し分ありませんでした。お水も毎日冷蔵庫に2本、コーヒーやお茶を飲む為にポットの横に2本用意されていました。コンビニでわざわざ購入する必要がありませんでした。5年ぶりにタイを訪れた為、デジポットやチップの習慣をすっかり忘れてしまっていて勤務するスタッフには大変申し訳ないことをしました。

Perfect for one or two nights.
Pros:

Firstly, I would return if the trip was short.
This was a brief business stop over.
Staff all first class.
Food choices a little basic.
Room took a while to cool down - very humid part of the world !, hot water stopped mid morning for an hour (no reason found)

A useful location with solid amenities
Pros:

It's a large hotel with good air conditioner and wifi. I choose it for the location and price. The bed is firm for my taste but not surprising. I would return if the need arises

宿泊した部屋は、タイ人向きかと思います。バスタブはありませんし、シャワーヘッドも不調。しかし、大きな不便はありません。スタッフは英語も問題ありません。喫煙は入り口横の隠れスペースがあり、助かりました。客層は中国系の団体客が多いように思いました。朝食や小腹が空いた際には、２、３分で手頃なサテやカオマンガイ屋に至ります。また、Big C マーケットが傍にあり、日用品の補給も可能です。ドンムアン空港利用者には選択肢となるホテルです。

It is a lovely big clean hotel with friendly staff. My room was newly renovated. The hotel is under renovation at this time. Upon leaving I asked for the restrooms but I couldn’t find them, there were no signs to guide people. The same with the area where breakfast was being served. It’s big enough to get a little lost.
