Thoroughly decent, well located apartments in the middle of Adelaide's CBD
Pros:

Fabulous location and smart, clean and decently sized rooms.

Cons:

We felt there could have been a couple more kitchen amenities (although we did appreciate the tea bags).

Pros:

Comfortable bed, full size lounge and kitchen, very very roomy with washer and dryer in the bathroom. Location exceptional, walking distance to main entertainment and restaurants in the CBD. Nice warm lighting.

Cons:

Parking was a long way so bags need to be dropped off before parking. The walls were thin so the normal noise from next door was annoying.

Friendly staff, location was great.

Cons:

Long wait for check-in, the receptionist was attending another guest away from the desk for some time. Perhaps more than 1 staff member should be appointed.
A strange smell throughout reception and a musty overwhelming smell in our room.. however, it appeared clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Kitchen was well stocked to be able to prepare meals for short stay. Bedrooms were small, 2nd bedroom did not have window and windows for main bedroom opened onto hallway. Aircon in living area only.

Very comfortable bedding and climate control. Clean and plenty of room.

Cons:

Its a small thing...clearer instructions about air conditioning. I arrived and thought I'd be sleeping in an oven! Maybe have it running when guests arrive with a light on (I arrived late at night and being in my own found it a bit overwhelming)
Also a couple of bedroom lamps would be nice.

A/C in rooms relies on passive flow from the common area to reach bedrooms. Carpark certainly a challenge to park larger vehicles in. Overall just dated.

A nice apartment hotel where you can cater for your own meals to save some money on your trip.
Pros:

Lovely apartments - had everything needed for a few days stay. Very clean. Close by to King William Street which has a free city tram. One bedroom apartment is generous in size. Toiletries were lovely. Good price. A short walk to the central bus depot.

Cons:

Reception is not on Franklin Street - it is around the side. Furnishings and fittings need a facelift. Doors open with a key (no swipe card). One day I had come back from being out all day and the door was not locked. I let reception know. A window was also left open. Slowest lifts.

Pros:
