Very central but expensive
Pros:

Very central location, rooms are spacious, kitchen had almost everything we needed, beds and lounges were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions

Cons:

It was very expensive and tired, the bathrooms were very old, the carpet could do with replacing, there was no outdoor seating options on the balcony and very hard to see anything. The car park is very tight entry and exit is almost not safe as it is tight and lack of traction to get up and out.

Very disappointed
Cons:

When I book the apartment, it clearly stated that parking is included. After I left the apartment, I got deducted from my credit card and then I call them asking for information and they told me that it is a paid parking. Very disappointed

Apartment is ok but has great staff, great location, great city!
Pros:

the staff and customer service was great. My pregnant wife needed a fan during the night and they provided one no problem. Everything was as advertised. The location is fantastic, walking distance to everything, had no idea that Adelaide was so flat and clean!

Cons:

While it is a serviced apartment, the decor doesn't inspire you to stay in the apartment. It feels like a motel in an apartment. Very basic yet dated. a small investment at ikea to update the kitchen utensils, a deal with a mattress manufacturer (ours felt a bit springy) and a partnership with a sofa business would transform the apartment into a place worth spending extended time in outside of sleeping.
