Novatel is our number 1 search option because it is consistently great!
Pros:

It’s always clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely. Everything is Easy to find. Facilities all close by. 24 hr Room service is fantastic!! Especially when we are there to see a show at the arena or Stadium.

The room was clean bed was extremely comfortable nice hot shower clean linen. My husband did lay on the bed before I took this photo 🤣🤣

Cleaners needed to refill the amenities in the bathroom there was shampoo and conditioner but no shower gel as a cleaner in the hotel industry myself these little things go a long way in ensuring the guests have a wonderful stay and more then 2 towels need to be given as alot of females will use 2 one for their hair one for their body

Comfy and convenient, however it is not clean and not well maintained

Good convenient location for events, beds are quite comfy.

Cons:

Shower floor is not elevated properly so water leaks through the rest of the bathroom. Stains all over the carpet. Filthy air conditioner vents which are terrible for asthmatics. Doors hinges and door handles coming loose, could be a risk to get stuck in the bathroom.

My partner and I stay with Novotel quite often and always bring these issues of poor cleaning and maintenance but still no better unfortunately.

Mostly satisfactory
Pros:

Rooms were clean.
Location great.

Cons:

Lifts are terrible. Waited more than 30 minutes for a lift that I could fit in, to move between floors. Overall, lifts very, very slow, which is unreasonable for a 4 star hotel. They are also qite small. And only 1 lift went to the carpark!

Beds way, wayyy toooo soft and tooo easy to move about in the room.

Shower presented issues as both occupants have ankle/knee/hip problems. Stepping over the high wall of bath to get in for a shower was not ideal, thus we failed to shower after the 1st day. A 4 star hotel should provide walk in showers, especially for the prices you charge. Not good enough Novotel!

Service was just ok. Couldnt understand the ladies on reception. Their English is poor and they all spoke too softly. Neither did any of them smile at all.

Pros:

Very comfortable. Very nice staff. Excellent location. The restaurant is nice although not many options on the menu and very pricey. The buffet breakfast was good value.

Cons:

The only setback was having to go across the road to use another hotels gym facilities as there is no gym on site. When I tried to gain access to the gym the card I was given at reception did not work and I did not end up using the gym.
