Nice hotel however...
Pros:

Great location getting to and from Quay Centre. Nice food places around. Food at hotel and room service was great.

Cons:

Make sure to bring noise cancellation headphones as pub down stairs plays music until midnight. Parking is cheaper outside than paying the hotel car park fee. If other events are on prices of hotel doubles or triples. Honestly when checking prices you can stay a week in the city overlooking the water for a better price.

Felt very welcomed and looked after. Great stay and location.

Very personalised welcome. Excellent staff at front desk and thoughtful toy for my 6yo. Very comfortable, great location and amenities.

Pros:

Location was excellent rode an event at Accor stadium. Staff were amazing helping with parking.

Cons:

The shower door let water out, so we ended up with wet towels

Very comfy bed, clean and tidy room, excellent location
Pros:

Bed was sooo comfortable! The room was very clean and tidy. The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly. Can’t say the same thing about the staff at the bar.

The convenience and location to Olympic park. Staff were friendly and helpful and cleanliness was great

Cons:

Our toilet began running through the night and kept us awake which was frustrating as we had an early start. In addition the toilet was not flushing correctly after doing a wee and I had to advise my child to try and hold off on doing a number 2 in case there were further problems woth the toilet. Due to the amount we had paid for w night I woukd have expected to have a fully working toilet.
