Mattress had massive stains on it. Toenail clippings on the ground. Novotel I thought it was ibis

Comfy beds, accommodating on earlier room time. Great rain shower

Great stay, comfortable, conveniently close to showgrounds, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location (close to venues), friendly staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast located downstairs was also convenient and nice. Other dining options are also close by. Early check-in was possible.

Cons:

Handwash was running low, and toothbrush/toothpaste were not provided. A bit pricey for the stay (but maybe justified by its location and for event dates).

Comfy bed. Good size spa. Friendly staff. Convenient location

Cons:

Slow lifts. Tight car spaces for parking. Jug/water made coffee taste bad and undrinkable. Balcony door locks you outside if it closes behind you.
