Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at the bar with ANETE! Pleasure meeting her in the bar and she made for us special spritz and “local” amaro.

I decided to stay at this hotel for the night. The room is quite spacious, cozy, and clean. The service is good, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Kim for his hospitality.

It was a really wonderful stay. Kims at reception was extremely helpful and friendly, he went out of his way to accommodate, even allowing me to check in earlier than scheduled. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The Finnish sauna on the top floor is exceptional. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Riga.

Great location just in the middle of everywhere. Rooms and venue clean, older design but functional. Despite freezing weather always warm inside.

I visited this hotel looking for a nice meal and drinks, knowing that the Latvija location had outstanding quality, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only the drinks are absolutely delicious, the hospitality and attention from the staff was immaculate. It felt like I was at home right from the doorstep. Huge thanks to Kims and Daniels for making this a pleasant short stay. Overall, a low-key, but great spot.

Great location and atmosphere. Rooms are acceptable but quality for price is reasonable. Noise level is also ok. Amenities were 2 bottles of water, tea and instant coffee. Staff was very kind. want to emphasize 1 person. It was Kimz. Great attitude, did everything what was requested promptly. Next time want to try their neighbours competitors and then to choose what is the best option.

I want to give special thanks to a reception administrator Kim, for making our stay a really pleasant and wonderful experience. Cleaning ladies took our key from the room by accident and didnt give us a water bottle, but Kim solved all of the issues really fast. We also had some questions and asked for some recommendations, which he helped us with. Overall great experience with the whole staff, when checking-in, the lady (unfortunately didnt write down her name) was super nice, brought us slippers to the room since the floor was very cold

Lovely hotel. Me and my spouse liked everything (ambience, staff, location). I want to emphasise the location because it is between old town and regular city centre, therefore our walks took less time. Also very fast and personalised late check-in was provided, thanks to Kims. We just were in other Radisson before Ridzene and our member points still weren't there, but this receptionist took a closer look at this situation and gave us an upgrade. P.S. during check-out they came in and we were premiums, so thanks once again for trusting us.

In general, 9/10. Just one thing that was annoying is TV because it didn't work but technician fixed it in couple of hours. Many thanks and see you next time during my trip, Ridzene team.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Right in the center of Riga, there are parks all around it and the Old Town is a walking distance away.
We stayed in a Superior room with park view. The room was spacious, clean and the view from the window was a nice one.
Having underground parking in the center of Riga was a big plus as well.
Big thanks to Kim from reception, who accompanied us for the duration of our stay. He was very kind, friendly, helpful and caring about our well-being.
Will definitely stay here again.

It's an old, worn-down hotel with dirty carpets and rooms. The staff does not recognise Reward program members.

I was checking if parking would be free if I chose a higher class room, I received a response from your hotel in the booking app that YES. But upon arrival I still had to pay for parking, and when I showed the employee the message I received about free parking, she said that this was not their hotel's response. And the brekfast was cold…

The service was amazing, very good communication and acomodating. All service personel was kind. The rooms were spacious and clean, could not find any faults other than the room was a little cold and AC was loud but overall very good stay

I stayed together with my child, and he wanted to watch TV, but the television was very poor. The Latvian TV channels were lagging or didn't work at all, and in German there was only one channel that worked for a while. There was also a dirty towel. The staff spoke Latvian poorly. At 7:00 in the morning, the cleaning staff entered our room, thinking it was empty. We also had a dog with us, who started barking because it got scared and woke everyone up. Upon check-out, we were told that we also had to pay for the dog, even though this had never been mentioned before
