Horrible
Pros:

They added a $676 charge unauthorized for one night. I paid for a week months in advance. They charged me for my extra night at the desk.. When I got home the surprise $676 was taken out. There is something very fishy about this. Don't chance it or put a lock on your credit card

Pros:

Nice but I was originally given a dirty room without sheets or chairs. They corrected that. There are no kitchen supplies in the suites and I was given two plastic spoons a some disposable coffee cups.

The staff is pleasant, accommodating and my stay was comfortable enough that I would come again.

Tall weeds at the entrance, the way the toilet flushed, questionable fragrance in hall
unable to turn bathroom light or fan off! It was difficult to sleep with so much noise

Cons:

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. The room looked dirty. The floor was sticky, seriously stained carpets. Planned to give my granddaughter a bath in the tub during our stay, no drain cover, broken hole, was disgusting. Wouldn't even use shower.
